I didn’t expect to have a harbour view at this price, but they offer one. My roommates were also very quiet, which I appreciated. I stayed in private rooms at two different hostels in the area and this one was definitely the best. I asked for a room with either two beds or a desk and ended up with a room with two beds and a desk — and windows with a pretty nice city view, too. The two beds in the room were different, one spring and one foam, but both were comfortable, which was a nice change after a very uncomfortable bed at the last place I stayed. Room was surprisingly large and a good deal for the price. Location is very close to subways, buses, as well as Victoria Park and a supermarket. A shower curtain would have been nice, but otherwise bathroom was good and bigger than expected.
