Everything about this hotel is perfect!
The location, the customer service and welcome, the friendly help and advice: everything was amazing!
The room was very spacious and all amenities were well thought considered. It was an absolutely amazing stay - can’t wait to go back!

很不錯的酒店，禮賓接待快捷又有序，給升級了套房，設施齊全且維護非常新，房間景觀與佈置俱佳，床品和天氣契合度高，浴缸巨大，是很舒服的酒店。地段也十分方便，下次仍會選擇！如果硬要挑刺，大概是玻璃杯實在是太薄了哈哈～

房間很乾凈，在香港算大的了。可以加床。酒店早餐6:30-1:30，行政酒廊中午12:00到晚上10:00，下午提供茶點，晚上提供一些小漢堡、炸雞塊等熱的小吃。買個含早和行政酒廊，一天都不需要出去吃飯了。

酒店位置優越，周圍有很多香港旅遊景點，非常適合city walk，當然酒店本身也是有名打卡點。酒店離地鐵站一類的有點遠，不過好在有接駁車。
分給我的房間很大很乾凈，窗户正朝着那個觀鳥園，正好是我這次旅行特別想打卡的地方，開心。
酒店的餐飲很不錯，早餐算半自助的，單點的和餐枱上的東西都好吃，那個班尼迪克蛋有點驚艷到我。在Tai Pan嚐了牛排，火候掌握得很好。聽説紅棉的飯也很好吃，這次沒來得及試，希望下次旅遊的時候能吃到。
這次入住使用的攜程酒店套餐，寫的是每次入住有300HKD餐飲消費額，意思不是每晚有300，而是不管住1晚還是住幾晚都衹有300。這容易引起誤解。

原來香港政府所在地，美利樓好出片，很喜歡這個風格，酒店服務非常好特別感謝下Judy，房間也很寬敞和舒適，這次入住的N2房間，辦公桌的位置非常好適合孩子寫作業。UG層就是赫赫有名的紅棉餐廳。房間處處細節都做的非常好，ps：電梯裏有沙發喲😃

這次入住的是N3房型，房間很大，水是易拉罐的，所有的都很完美，最近因為一飯封神大火的紅棉就在酒店的UG層走出去，因為入住的客人比較多，去吃早飯的時候排了一會兒隊才有座位，這個也都能理解~所有的服務員態度都很好，不管是禮賓還是前台還是餐廳或者客房，完全沒有歧視內地客人~唯一有點小建議，就是早餐的品種感覺少了點，白人早餐比較多，如果能增加一點中式的或者港式的餐食就更好了
