總體來説比較滿意，有大陽台放的桌子可以吃飯，陽台可以曬曬衣服，房間挺大的，離地鐵口也很近，一百米，交通方便！唯一不足就是沒有遮光窗簾，空調外機有點聲音，因為給我升級了個三人房，所以還是給五分！

The room is really good! It’s really clean. And the space is enough for one even two people to stay. The location is also good. Just near the underground. I definitely will come back again!

The location is good just near C2 exit Tsim ShaTsui station. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby .But check in took a long time, we went to the 8th floor and waited for a bit. We were taken to the 17th floor but the elevator only goes up to the 15th. We had to navigate the flight of stairs. Guests with heavy bags, it will be a hassle for you.There’s water dispenser outside the room and dental kit is free.

The people working there are very friendly, but these are the cleaners. There is nothing reception. And my trip dot com and direct email messages to the hotel were unanswered.
What did I want to tell them? This hotel stated that its public areas did not allow smoking. Hong Kong law does not permit smoking inside hotel unless explicitly stated as smoking area. Our room is right next to the public hangout area where smoking happens at all hours even at 2AM. The smoke easily penetrates the door and window. I wrote that it bothers our sleep and is is unhealthy for our children.
This hotel fails to enforce rules that protect the health of its guests.

Good location and clean room as well as the linens. This is the best for me so far unlike other guesthouses we stayed for the past yrs. Definitely worth the price! The staff is so accomodating. Thank you!
