The room was nice and big in Hong Kong, hotel was just like new. Thx for Brian Lou for the late check out, so we can have are great rest for next day trip, that’s really help.

The service people are very helpful. When we first arrived they helped us out our luggage in storage until our rooms were ready. Maggie at the front desk was especially attentive to our fragile items in storage and made sure it was in great condition when we came back.
A minor note that The room we had (it was a family room with a Queen bed and Double) felt slightly too cold , and couldn’t adjust the temperature on the dial. The hotel could try and make this even better.
We loved the afternoon tea with HK style goodies. We got the free version and the ladies in the tea room was so lovely.

服務人員很友善，入住環境乾淨整潔，離海港城，K11，星光大道，太空館科技館歷史博物館都非常近，帶大一點的孩子步行一點壓力都不會有，地鐵尖沙咀/尖東站換成方便，我們定了6天5晚的行程全部入住在這家酒店，預期的行程全部完成因為離天星小輪比較近坐船中環換成到了長洲島是意外之行，酒店位置方便到極致！

房間乾淨衞生，裝修挺新的，窗外還能看到維多利亞海港的美景，最大的優點就是在尖沙咀中心區，地點很方便，總體還不錯。
前台服務態度也很有禮貌，不過有個小插曲，我們是上午到酒店放了行李，到晚上9:00才回房間，結果前台8:00就下班了，我們當時找不到行李，沒有房卡，很着急，緊急打了個境外電話才知道他們還有另外一個前台在酒店的另一個門，但是當時放行李的時候前台沒有告知，這人感覺前台應該説一聲，或者在酒店的明顯位置貼個告示，以免客人着急。

本身酒店與皇悦酒店本身是一起的，從皇悦酒店大堂也可以通向皇悦卓越酒店大堂。大堂阿姨服務很好，還很貼心的幫忙打車。
行政酒廊自助下午茶:有一些果汁，甜甜圈，雞翅，肉丸等等。
美中不足就是房間太小了，行李箱都打不開。
