I booked a room costing nearly HK$10,000 to celebrate my husband's birthday, yet I was made to wait from 3pm until 5:50pm before being allowed to check in, with no compensation whatsoever. What a dreadful experience – I shall never return here again. Next time, I'll be going back to the Rosewood Hotel.
我提早預訂咗接近港幣1萬元嘅房間慶祝老公生日，但我一直被安排由3pm等到5:50pm先可以被安排上房，冇任何補償，好可怕嘅經歷，我一定唔會再入住香港文華東方酒店，下次都係Book返顧客至上 service滿分嘅Rosewood酒店住好了。
我预订了接近港币1万元的房间庆祝老公生日，但我一直被安排由3pm等到5:50pm才可上房，没有任何补偿，好可怕的经历，我一定不会再到这里了，下次会重回香港瑰麗酒店好了。

第一次住文華東方就選擇了最有歷史底藴的發家地。酒店位置很好，中環站出來就是，找到Harry Winston就找到了文華東方。
標準房間已經足夠奢雅，窗外就是奢品雲集的遮打道，木質傢俱的暖黃色反光讓人感覺回到了上世紀的黃金年代，一種經濟上行的美，但卻絕不喧嘩浮誇。
好酒店開夜房也會很周到，準備了書簽、晚安茶和香氛油，用品也都會補充齊，房間內備有Mandarin Oriental HK logo的皮杯墊、繞線器、旅行箱貼紙、擦鏡布等小物件，問了前台都可以帶走（目前文華東方沒有小支裝洗護用品，衹有小支身體乳，味道很喜歡所以多要了點）。
酒店的暗閣很實用，把需求寫紙上放進暗閣託盤再按鈴就行，不管是要洗衣還是要補充用品，甚至不用打電話，很適合i人！
住在這裏的每一處細節都被妥帖照顧，即使臨街隔音也很好，温度濕度都控制在比較舒適的狀態，讓我在很奔波的旅行中擁有了舒爽的睡眠💤
早餐種類比較豐富，有半自助和全自助兩個選項在不同餐廳，來旅遊的話更推薦全自助，菜式選擇比較多，冷熱盤都有，也能單點pancake之類的甜品。
臨走買了玫瑰醬和扇子，徹底成為了fans of MO。

從機場來回酒店機場快線非常方便快捷。酒店周邊購物便利，緊鄰中環地鐵口。第二次住宿感覺服務較去年有了很大提升。國慶假期人多，但服務員都能及時且熱情服務。辦理入住接待熱情，禮賓部主動幫拿行李，電梯間碰到的服務員也是主動打招呼，早餐服務反應及時，客房打掃盡職盡責。這次能説國語的服務員增多，尤其在早餐引領時，交流便利了不少。硬件保養的不錯。尤其喜歡淋浴花灑，能痛快的沖去一天的疲憊。加之十一的優惠活動，感覺住宿體驗非常完美。希望下次還能有機會入住

A huge thank you to Alyss Chan, Guest Relations Supervisor, who made my proposal at Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong so smooth and unforgettable. She and her team took care of every detail and even prepared lovely little gifts that really touched us.
Also big thanks to the Room Reservations Team – especially Amy Lo and Connie Yu – for being so patient and helpful over email. They answered all my questions quickly and made the whole planning process stress-free.
Because of the amazing team, we had the perfect experience at the hotel during such a special moment. Truly grateful!

定了2間2晚，整體去住下來還是比較滿意的
在位置和環境上我覺得沒有可以挑剔的地方，擔心酒店設施老舊的情況絕對沒有，可以這麼説他們的日常保養一定做的非常精細，國內5年以上的新酒店一般都比不了。
細節的服務更是我們可以感受到的，從提前的房間安排到最後走的時候的送達服務都是彰顯着這家酒店的服務態度，唯一可以提升的就是酒店自助早餐的工作人員，服務上還是不要把我們和歐美人區別對待。
以後去住香港應該還會選擇的。

帶寶寶赴港看熱氣球展，入住中環文華東方。從西九龍打車抵店，行李直接被送至房間，貼心。
提前溝通了需求：海景房、見摩天輪。酒店果真安排了心儀房型，寶寶歡呼！
更驚喜的是，辦理入住時提及寶寶剛滿三歲，詢問早餐是否需付費，前台竟爽快表示“直接去用即可”，與之前郵件回覆不同，倍感驚喜。
這次入住最驚喜的，是發現客房裡藏着“魔法衣櫥”！衣櫥內設有一個小格子和紙條，寫下需要的物品，按下“Pick Up”鍵。不久後，“Delivery”燈亮起，打開櫃門，所需之物已悄然送達——無需敲門等待，毫不打擾寶寶休息。這種無聲的貼心服務，將入住體驗提升至新高度。
酒店贈送了冰箱貼，明信片，圓珠筆，書簽，扇子，海豚🐬玩偶。
酒店位置極佳，穿地下隧道幾分鐘就到天星小輪和摩天輪，非常方便。

入住期間，文華東方展現的風貌讓人感歎，這不愧是超過半世紀的酒店。各種細節尺度的拿捏，衹有經過這樣長久的沉澱，才能做到遊刃有餘
服務：無可挑剔。開夜床時，入住贈送的普洱茶被放入櫃中，取而代之的是用花草調配的安神茶和香薰精油，並附上了使用指引，讓客人一入房間就能進入休息狀態。禮賓、前台、餐廳侍應、餅房收銀，每一位都舉止大方、從容得體。尤其是幫忙搬行李和叫車的外國小哥，雖然不記得他的名字，但服務很到位、很貼心
另外電視偶爾會死機，有待改善

先説讓人難堪的地方：二樓的餅屋Bakery整體風格snobbish，白人男生對門口站跟他沒關係的白人貼臉，對徵詢拿座的亞裔顧客愛理不睬。checkout拿行李，全體微笑的工作人員都消失了。嗯我確實在下台階時閃了肩頸，因為門口堆滿了人。
好的地方是，整體staff進出笑臉迎人、氛圍感不錯，checkin送了小玩具和甜品，checkout拿了小扇子。早餐在五星裏算精緻，提供單點本尼迪克、冷萃咖啡、蘆筍牛油果。二樓Cafe Causette的龍蝦湯不錯。
房間是紅木上世紀90年代風，提供夜床服務，水果飲品送餐有管家壁櫥不打擾。頂層室內泳池雖小但精緻乾淨，救生/管理員Michael很細緻。
總體性價比ok，去ifc和中環半山都在十分鐘左右，大門口有點嘈雜不方便臨停。畢竟房價也不是超壕，不能要求所有。
