Very professional n friendly counter especially the lady serving me on arrival 9/4 morning. Didn't catch her name. This is the fourth time I am staying in this hotel in the last 3 years. Will stay here again.

This hotel is in the busy area of HK, Wan Chai, i am staying in this hotel frequently, since 1995. friendly staff, clean rooms, great stay. I will come back.

Stayed here in Nov 2019 during the protests and pre Covid. The hotel has aged since then. Location is fantastic in the middle of Wan Chai and a stone’s throw to the MTR. Also an easy 20minute walk to Causeway Bay or Central either side. Do not go for the breakfast it is terrible.

Excellent location just minutes from exit C of Wan Chai station. The room was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable.
