酒店就在海港城，尖沙咀站出來走6分鐘的距離，離去機場的A25巴士也很近
工作人員熱情周到，服務體驗很好
但是入住的房間，浴室下水很慢很慢，要洗的很快，否則水都會漫出，最後都是腳泡在水裡，這個急需改進

房間比較大，設施完善，地理位置不錯。衹是酒店因為在海港城商場裏面，酒店自己大門的標誌太不明顯，很容易被錯過。且海港城有三個馬哥孛羅酒店，出租車司機把我們放在靠海邊的商場入口就走了，雖然酒店真正的大門衹有不到一百米遠，但結果是我們卻跑到商場外邊的廣東道上去尋找。
住店三晚上，最後一天我先生感覺心臟不適找酒店介紹去香港醫院，酒店經理非常負責，迅速行動給予了我們很大的幫助，及時叫出租車，並告訴我們在香港醫院如何看病的各種注意事項，讓我們在隨後的就醫過程中，得到了良好和及時的治療，非常感謝酒店的夜班經理和員工們。祝酒店生意興隆，越來越好！

剛剛從韓國回來，感覺房間好大，備註了想要獨立淋浴間的房型，也如願以償。整體設施佈局都很不錯，衞生也很好。酒店地理位置絕佳，維港夜景和購物隨即可達。最讓我驚喜的是酒店的服務，因為提前買了返深的大巴票，趕回酒店取寄存的行李時，迎上前來的當值經理（沒來得及看清名字）看出我們趕時間的樣子，馬上主動安排員工幫我們一路拉着行李飛奔到上車點，不然我們兩個女生拖着那麼重的箱子走5、6分鐘也是很狼狽，路上幫我們拉行李的小夥子還頻頻回頭照顧我們跟不跟得上，問了他叫Kevin，再次非常感謝今天所有幫忙的酒店工作人員。
