The most traumatised experience with a so-called 4 star hotel. The wait for the lift was 45 mins on the check in day, with tons of people squeezing in a tiny lift operated manually by a security uncle, the weak AC (if any) was unable to help with the sweat and heat mixing up, further damning the whole ride (I was glad that I came out the lift alive). An average of 10mins outside of check-in and check-out time was normal . the room was reeked of old carpet smell and the AC sound was deafly loud. toilet was like a miniature for hobbit size human. You can see the mattress’ wires beneath the bedsheet suggesting time to let it RIP. Staff was very helpful in telling me that i couldnt cancel after check-in, even though I repeatedly told that I didnt expect the condition that terrible based on the photos. Somewhat it has ‘by Windham’ on the hotel name, which was further misleading the level of services provided. No inhouse flipflops provided in the room.Not even deserve a one-star rating. we moved out on the second day. staff blankly doesnt give a darn about your experience. so much for a 4 star hotel!

We were travelling through Hong Kong and had here 1 night. Location is perfect (metro is just 1 min by walking to entrance + 5-7 minutes inside to get to station. Hotel itself looks huge and beautiful. Advantages: 1) location close to metro 2) price (if you are searching for a couple room not in hostel). 3) nearby cafes and shops, minimarkets, 7eleven just in front. Disadvantages: 1) elevator. Just 2 of them for 20+ floors, you can wait for 10 minutes just till it reach your floor. 2) Tiny rooms, with 2 luggages impossible to move, even to open a bag to take our stuff. Thank God we stayed for one night. For me it also was quite dark, lack of sun. 3) Room was a bit dirty (floors and washroom), bedsheets were clean, that's a huge relief. 4) Reception stuff was not that friendly. I mean, after China mainland their spread seemed a bit rude or maybe I'm overthinking already It totall I'd give 5/10 for the experience. For Hong Kong it's 8/10 Picture was done on 20th floor when we waited for the elevator!
