It was my dad’s bday trip. The facility is outdated but staff was nice to allow me check out late although i checked out on time. They also prepared a cake for my dad, which was very nice.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, making it easy to explore the city. The room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom, providing a relaxing stay. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

設施：香港的酒店可能普遍有些年代感。雖然一晚價格超過兩千元，房間設施相對較舊，但均可正常使用，未發現明顯問題。不過房間空間較為侷促，打開兩個行李箱後幾乎無處落腳。
風景：高層風景非常好，可以看到整個維港。
位置：交通極為便利，如果是第一次來香港，我非常推薦選擇這裏。從西九龍高鐵站出站後，可乘地鐵直達酒店樓下的商場，衹需上行一段電梯即可到達，便捷程度堪稱完美。從酒店退房到抵達西九龍站，全程不超過20分鐘。酒店在尖沙咀中心去哪裡都很方便。
衞生：衞生狀況良好，整體十分乾淨。
服務：前台會要求收取按金，建議準備好港幣現金或信用卡。前台起初使用英文溝通，並在看到我出示港澳通行證後主動改用普通話。服務態度尚可，符合正常標準。

多次入住尖沙咀凱悦了，房間安排的房間在22樓，無敵大海景，非常滿意。這次加了早餐，品種豐富，值得加分的是工作人員Teresa，非常nice，媽媽吃不怪冷食，Teresa主動幫媽媽拿熱的食物，還給媽媽送上了熱牛奶，很久沒體驗過這麼好的服務了。這為下次入住又多了一個理由。

對比附近便宜的五星級酒店，喜來登、朗廷，最後選了凱悦。酒店離維港還有兩個街區，並不是很近，估計要貴的房型，夠高才可能看得到海景。同時這次衹是來辦事，對住宿也沒啥特別要求，所以就訂個雙床標間，性價比高些。
8.31-9.3的價格相比旺季便宜許多。給我的標間，面積不大，窗外對着隔壁大廈，但整體還算比較乾淨。
酒店樓下就是K11購物藝術館（不是大的那個K11廣場），霸王茶姬、星巴克、奈雪都有，很多BANK的分行也都在附近，相對都很方便。但去天星碼頭或海港城還是要走個7-8分鐘的。
我是高鐵到的西九龍站，用百度地圖導航，坐一站地鐵就到了，比TAXI方便。看到有評論説，酒店入口難找，估計是從K11下面的地鐵通道走的，走那邊的話要換兩部電梯，指示牌很小，確實比較繞。建議地鐵到尖沙咀的N3口上到地面的“河內道”，過個馬路就能看到酒店的沿街小門了。
整體還算OK，感覺比較適合商務或像我一樣沒啥要求的旅客。

這次的房間很棒 半圓形 早餐 超值6 折.小朋友免費. 游泳池有小池子小朋友喜歡 樓下吃飯也方便.. 去了科技館（人多很一般）.. 從西九龍坐火車過來後乘坐一站地鐵就到了.. 全程在室內 有空調不熱.. 酒店大堂 在樓上.需要先到商場 從商場進入酒店 ..
