It was generally a decent stay. Check in was smooth but what we loved was the friendliness of the staff. Location is pretty convenient too.

Great location, 5-10 min walks from Jordan mtr station, limited space to open luggage, but already more affordable compared to other hotels in Kowloon.

The place is clean and near to MRT allow travellers to access to places in HK

The room is standard size in Hong Kong, really tiny and not much space.
Breakfast is decent.
Location is really good, Mira Place as nearest mall, Jordan for the nearest MTR/train station.

Simple hotel with comfort bed. It is convenient to go every where at Kowloon. Great price and the room is quiet and we had good night sleep for early morning to get high speed train. Found out outside can get 26 mini bus to there. Only no shelf for suitcase or anything to put on the table. Lucky we only have a small bag. Shower area is very small. Sink is in the bedroom very unusual design. The lift and lobby in golden colour. I liked the chairs in lobby. I feel very comfortable to sit on. But no plastic bag for rubbish bin. The room is ok but not very clean.

Always stayed at this hotel when I traveled to Hong Kong . Location is great 😊 and the staff is nice . Breakfast can be improved, scrambled eggs were dark and dry 🙃 hopefully next time will be better .

It's not as I expect from this Hotel group. It's in serious need of modernisation. Location is great, staff are amazing, breakfast was not good, the room was like a time capsule back to 1900. For the price I'm disappointed. The room is tired and needs updating

設施：設施非常老舊，電梯運行很慢，層高也很低，我站着都快碰到天花板了，插座也很不牢固。
衞生：打掃的很敷衍，窗户很臟也看不見外邊的景色，衞生間還有很多水漬。
環境：環境很小，衹能勉強一個人住。
服務：服務還算熱情，主動引導辦理入住。但是我在攜程平台上選擇的是大床房，但是卻給我的是雙床房，導致床很小睡着很不舒服，而且床不夠長…
