工作人員友好，會提供香港旅遊訊息，還可能免費升級房間。房間比香港其他酒店要寬敞，乾淨整潔，熱水充足，通風良好。酒店位置不錯，俯瞰植物園，環境安靜，雖然離地鐵站稍遠，但附近有公交站，出行還算方便，性價比高。

交通方便，離地鐵口也比較近，樓下還有公交車巴士站，周邊配套設施齊全，餐廳特別多。酒店二層還有游泳池，房間也比較大，下次還會入住。

The space is small, the service attitude is average, and the staff quality is below average. When customers make requests, it feels as if the customers are causing trouble. Except for the supervisor, who tried their best to meet our needs, we only wanted to take a look at the room first, as it affects how we’ll feel during our two-night stay.
The surroundings of the hotel are not very good, and there is a gap between the price and the quality it should offer. It also looks quite different from the photos shown on the booking platform. I can’t give a positive review for my stay at this hotel.

Exceeded All Expectations - A Flawless Hotel Experience
We just concluded a perfect stay and couldn't be happier. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the lovely fragrance throughout the hotel—a small detail that makes a big difference.
Our room was surprisingly spacious for Hong Kong, and most importantly, it was impeccably clean. The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious every morning.
A real highlight was the swimming pool; it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city.
To top it all off, the staff kindly accommodated us with a late checkout, which made our departure day so much more relaxed. We cannot fault a single thing and will definitely be returning!

交通算不上非常方便，但還可以，從宋皇台地鐵站過去也就10分鐘。前台服務不錯，3點過去沒有房，送了兩杯東西喝。周邊就是工廠區，純粹性價比ok
