Highly recommended for a short stay in downtown Kowloon. The hotel is closed to Mongkok, Yau Mai Tei and Olympic stations. There are many restaurants and shopping malls around. The room is clean and comfortable. It could be a bit loud at night due to the proximity to the main road. But the rooftop pool definitely made up for it.

Highly recommend! I booked an accessible room at the last minute for one night. I had reservations at another hotel but couldn't stay there due to poor hygiene, so I booked this hotel at 4pm and moved straight in. When I checked in, it took a bit of time as my information hadn't reached reception yet. However, the receptionist was very helpful, and I appreciate that. After checking in, the room wasn't as large as typical hotels in HK, but it was very clean. I've stayed at many hotels in HK and, honestly, this was one of the more affordable ones in the same price range. I really enjoyed my stay here. It's very close to the metro station and night markets. In the evening, there was a small live music show in the lobby, where I found myself enjoying the music with a glass of wine. If I have the opportunity to stay in Mongkok again, I will definitely choose the Hilton Garden Inn. The staff are very friendly and the service is excellent! Thank you for your hospitality.

Hotel’s location a little far from the mrt. But in general all was not bad.

Best hotel I have stayed in since I have been in hong kong big room very clean close to everything. The staff are fantastic very helpful and courteous.I was only upset because it was our last night in hong kong when I was here for 4 weeks next year when I come I will be staying at Royal Park Shatin for my complete stay.Only stayed one night out of the 4 weeks I was here.I recommend any one to stay in this hotel it's fantastic.I have stayed in a number of hotels on my trip and nothing is better than the Royal Park it is not far from Mong Kok which we stayed most of trip I even prefer it over the hotel we stayed in Macau which was very nice aswell.Trust me the Royal Park Shatin is number one for me and I will definitely staying here when I arrive next year.

Great service! The pleasant staff helped store my huge parcels in a safe space and notified me via email when they arrived (before I did). They also went out of the way to fulfill my room request - I wanted a room beside my friends' and we made separate bookings. The room is spacious (by Hong Kong standard), well-maintained and clean. At around SGD105 per night (I checked-in on 13 May), it's a steal. My room had a view of the city, roads and a highway so it does get the occasional buzz at night. If you're a light sleeper like I am, be sure to put on a pair of headphones or ear plugs. That said, I had no problem falling and staying asleep throughout my 4 nights at the hotel. Location wise, it's not the most central. It is a 8-10 minutes walk to the Mong Kok MTR station. I also took buses, which were easier and more convenient than expected. When traveling in Hong Kong, the Octopus card is the way to go - you'd be able to get one at any MTR station. You could even transfer the card into your Apple or Google wallet and use your mobile device or watch to beep you onboard the train or bus. Mong Kok is a lively area with a lot of heart. It might not have the glitzy malls but you'd be able to find good food, visit local markets and shop at malls that locals frequent. Besides, it's just 3 stops to Tsim Sha Tsui. I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Hong Kong Mongkok.

Great hotel with great service. Easy check in and check out with an awesome desk team. Good location, very and safe area to explore.

The hotel is pretty good for HongKong, however, we booked this hotel because it had a pool (our visit was the 2nd week in April) and it was 30°C outside, but the pool was closed... And obviously no warning here on Trip.com...

Convenient Location, Near Mongkok, Clean, Friendly Staffs, Willing to accommodate to most requests and offer assistance as much as possible. Allowed late checkout.

I m most impressed by the bed, it's extremely comfortable and supporting. I felt immensely refreshed when I woke. The other thing that would keep me coming back would be the bathroom amenities. The quality is comparable with 5 stars hotel.

The location is a little out of the way. Rooms are smaller than expected and hotel feels dated. Feel that they can do away with the word Inn to make the hotel appear more classy. They use Peter Thomas Roth products but the shampoo and conditioner leave my hair dry so I did not use. The hand wash was empty when I first entered room and also you have to ask for bathrobe.

This is conveniently located in Kowloon. It's quite nice, and the staff was incredibly reasonable. There was only one person at the desk overnight, but when I had a couple issues in the very early morning they were happy to help. I probably annoyed them quite a bit, but they didn't show it. A great place!

Far from transportations, city center… hotel environment so bad, nothing there. room was cold, old, noisy, not good for that price. I’ll never stay again
