Staff attitude- Reservation staff Vincent Tang was so passionate when handling our inquiries!
F&B - all food items from Jade (Chinese restaurant) was so awesome! The food quality could be kept although we had them at the room.
Facilities - gym room and swimming pool are well maintained and clean.

We go staycation with our kids of 18month this time. After booking the hotel here, we sent email to the hotel telling them we will have a child accompanied with us and ask them to arrange the related setting in the room. However, when we check in and ask for any setting for our kids. The hotel arrange nothing in this regards. We need to arrange the stuff one by one from the housekeeping. It’s ridiculous of this service for this kids friendly hotel!!!

Been here several times but the sanitation was not up to standard this time. There was tissue in the kettle and the shower drainage was blocked. However, the staff reacted professionally to the situation. Despite the incident, the seaview was amazing and would highly recommend staying at the hotel.

It is for my kids’ 7th birthday celebration. Starting with a fulfilling (absolutely phenomenal, esp. the omelette) rich breakfast, we have to do something fun, say, at the water zone. The pools are amazing… At the edge of water, we only feel excitement and happiness - let alone the fact that I am an even worse swimmer than the twins. The water slide and tipping bucket kids’ facilities surely are twins’ top favorite. The staffs and support only make the experience even more complete.
