Hotel services are very good. Water machine outside by the elevators is a very good feature. I also enjoy the fruit tea and lemon water at tea time by the registration counter.

Upgraded to a larger room and it’s very spacious. The room is clean, bed is soft and comfortable. Price is very affordable. $500 HKD deposit is required. It’s quite near to the newly opened Kai Tak Sports Ground, definitely consider it if ur attending one of the events there!

Good hotel to stay several nights, if you want visit Kwun Tong, Mong Kok and Kowloon.

I have stayed for several years at Dorset but this time I couldn't sleep on the bed as it felt like a water bed. Any person that moves shakes the whole bed. The air filter needed a filter replacement as it flashed a red filter sign when switched on. The room was quite different from the usual as it didn't have a sitting couch.

Hotel location is kinda not close to anywhere…. But staffs are great and helpful, price isn’t too cheap for the area but have to stay for my parents who stayed over two weeks in the hotel and staffs are well taken care of my elderly parents and I really appreciate the service.

The room is spacious in Hong Kong standard. The design is different than the regular hotel. The room design is ok to me because I only stay for 1 night. I might not stay in this hotel if I stay longer. I like the most in this hotel is the shower. It is very strong and it’s the way I like it.

Poor sound insulation system. Very noisy outside. The blue lights outside every room is a bit horrible. However, it’s quite clean. Room quite cheap and big. Although it labelled itself as 3-star, it’s a 4-star room and even bigger than a 4-star room. It would be great if I can have a chair and a table so that I can use my computer more easily. Air conditioning is bad btw. It’ll suddenly turn off and quite hot eventually. Won’t recommend anyone here for summer. It’s ok for dinner.

Good environment, very comfortable, in Mong Kok business district, convenient for shopping

Good location, very close to Mongkok station. The room is not big. Booked for 3 people, got 3 single beds. The entrance is a bit narrow for carrying luggage. Have to walk up the stairs and take the lift to the 4th floor to check in. The accommodation is on the 5th floor. The room is reasonably clean. The bathroom is not big according to the size of the room, but there is a separate toilet and shower area. Looks new. No breakfast, but near the market. Can walk to eat congee comfortably. The staff may mostly speak Chinese, but the service is good. There is only one officer. Went at the end of December.
