Hong Kong Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"We had an excellent stay the room was very clean and new with almost complete amenities, just missing a body lotion. Breakfast was good too. The view from the roof deck is beautiful. Very near to airport with free shuttle bus service. I will come back and book this room again."

"We booked this hotel twice during our trip to Hong Kong. The first room we got was very disappointing. Even though we were told it was an upgraded room, the bathroom was in disrepair. Major renovation needs to be done. The staff were friendly and helpful to switch our room which was just barely better. Our second stay we got the similar room upgrade and again rust stains can be seen all over the bathroom wall tiles. If it weren’t for the location and staff, I would not recommend this hotel at all."

"I recently stayed at Regal Hotel and overall, I had a pleasant experience with a few areas that could be improved. Location: The location was incredibly convenient. The hotel is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and malls, making it easy to explore the area. One major plus was how easy it was to get a taxi right outside the hotel, especially since Uber was not working for me during my stay. Breakfast: The breakfast offered was quite enjoyable. There was a good variety each morning, and everything was well-cooked and fresh. I appreciated the range of options and the consistent quality during my stay. Room (Executive Suite): Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the executive suite. I chose it expecting a notable upgrade from the deluxe room, but that was not the case. The room was the same size and layout as the deluxe room my friend stayed in. In fact, her room was better designed and noticeably cleaner. The design of my room felt dated, and some details were subpar for an “executive” level room: the curtain was slightly broken, the sofa had visible stains, and the toilet had a yellow discoloration. I was hoping that being on the 33rd floor would mean a more spacious, modern, and luxurious room, but that was not my experience. Service & Staff: On a positive note, the hotel staff were exceptional. They were extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. Whether I needed help navigating the city or having an address translated into Chinese, they were quick to assist and always accommodating. Overall: While I was quite disappointed with the room quality, especially for the price paid for an executive suite, the location, breakfast, and outstanding service made the stay worthwhile. With a few updates to the room interiors and a clearer distinction between room categories, this could be an excellent choice for travelers."

"Staffs are all accomodating and excellent customer service. Especially Ms. Amber from the front desk. View from the hotel room is fantastic. Location is accessible and have free transportation from tung chung stn. Will surely come back again and recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives."

"Very decent hotel located southside. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and bathrooms are nice. Amenities are very very basic - toothbrush bristles come off in the mouth. No shower cap and keeping the environment in mind understand it’s not kept in the room but it should be available upon request- I was told to go down to the vending machine and pay $10 for a cap ?? Engineering staff was extremely helpful and sorted out internet issues in a jiffy. In general it was a pleasant stay"

"I booked this on the same day I checked in as my flight from Taipei to Hong Kong was delayed. It's easy to find. If you arrive late in the day, say 10 or 11 p.m., and you're checking in the Tsim Sha Tsui area, take bus A21 for HKD 34.60 and stop at Middle Road. The hostel is located on Block D, 10th floor. I got a single room with its own bathroom, fan, and AC. Towel and tissue are provided as well as shampoo and bath gel. No dental kit though. Good for an overnight stay as I had to catch a train to Guangzhou via Hong Kong West Kowloon. Thanks to the staff for the swift check-in and for making sure that the room I was in is totally clean."

"I have stayed for several years at Dorset but this time I couldn't sleep on the bed as it felt like a water bed. Any person that moves shakes the whole bed. The air filter needed a filter replacement as it flashed a red filter sign when switched on. The room was quite different from the usual as it didn't have a sitting couch."
