Very Good
GGuest UserI had a great stay during the Chinese New Year holiday. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The hygiene was also top-notch; my room was cleaned and towels replaced every day during my two-day stay. The front desk staff, especially the young man, was very helpful and patiently answered all our questions, even guiding us on how to take a bus to Macau from downstairs. The orchids displayed at the front desk were beautiful, and the welcome candies were delicious – it really shows how much effort the hotel puts in. I'll definitely stay here again if I come to Hong Kong.

GGuest UserThe room I booked is spacious fit for family or group of 4 I really enjoyed my stay , the location is great near 7-11 and opposite Noc cafe. Just thought it would be perfect if have more staff to do check in counters since it took around 20 minutes in queue for checks in.

GGuest UserThe host and staffs are helpful and friendly! If you are a low budget traveler who would like to stay in the convenient and central area of Hong Kong. This is the best choice for you! The Inn is close to the MRT, there are a lot shops around the area! Truly a hustle and bustle street! 👎 The 3-bed room I booked is extremely tiny. We stay for the Hong Kong Marathon race for 1 night! The local Hong Kong people label this as 劏房. Two of us used the 3rd bed to open 2 luggages! Otherwise, only 1 person can open one luggage at this state ✅ The room is clean, I am extremely sensitive with dust! If the room is not clean, I can biologically feel it!

AAnonymous UserTsim Sha Tsui is still great for shopping and eating. There's a Mannings right by the MTR station for shopping, and a Kam Sau Tong Dynasty where you can buy fridge magnets and toy cars (cheaper and with more variety than other places). I even found a Mister Softee ice cream truck here (I missed it at the Ferris wheel because the line was too long). For food, there's Wah Sao Cafe (always super crowded), but I ended up at Kowloon Restaurant, which was delicious, affordable, and a great value. The rooms here are generally small, with a 1.5-meter bed and not much extra space. It's manageable for one or two people. Card access to the upper floors feels quite secure. They provide wooden toothbrushes, a kettle, and disposable slippers (they're thin, not as good as those in hotels back home). You'll need to bring your own toiletries as nothing else is provided. On the upside, it's clean, close to the MTR, and safe. Overall, it's decent and worth considering if you don't have super high expectations. Oh, and out of the three hotels I stayed at, this was the only one that required a HKD 500 cash deposit (or credit card). I only had HKD 400, so they accepted that, and it was promptly refunded upon check-out. All in all, it's above average and much better than many other options. If you're a solo traveler or a couple who doesn't mind a small space, it's a good choice.

GGuest UserThis place is decent. The hygiene is pretty good, though the room is a bit small. That's understandable given that space is at a premium on Hong Kong Island. The price was great during the off-season, especially with fewer people around due to the typhoon. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic. It was drizzling all day, and because of the typhoon, the MTR to Hong Kong Island was temporarily shut down. I tried to hail a Didi for ages in the morning; taxis didn't want to go out because of the typhoon, and Didi drivers were price gouging, asking for HKD 300 or even HKD 500. Some even accepted the order but never showed up and didn't cancel. It wasn't even that far. Finally, an uncle accepted the order and showed up in the rain, and he didn't even charge extra! I couldn't believe it, he was a truly honest person. The wind and rain weren't even that bad, and there were few cars on the road. I chatted with the driver; he spoke Cantonese, and we spoke Mandarin, but we could mostly understand each other. Older people are often more down-to-earth. The driver was over 50, born in Hong Kong, with ancestral roots in Guangdong. His daughter is still young. It's not easy for men to provide for their families. We arrived at the hotel quickly, and the fare was HKD 123. We gave the driver a 10 RMB note as a tip to thank him.

AAnonymous UserI saw the room on a mobile platform, and the size and type of the room seemed alright. However, upon checking into the hotel, the room was actually very small, and the two beds were so close together that you couldn't even walk between them – you had to get into bed from the foot of it. The pictures are really just for reference. As for hygiene, there was a layer of dust on the headboard, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was a wireless charger on the headboard, which is convenient as you don't need your own charger, but that spot also had a layer of dust. So, hygiene wasn't great. The bathroom was okay; it had a separate wet and dry area, and the water pressure was good. But when I first checked in, the toilet smelled really bad. The windows were sealed shut, so there was no ventilation, which is why it stank when I first walked in. It only got better after I turned on the exhaust fan for a while. Also, the air conditioning in the room was a central unit, so you couldn't adjust the temperature at all. Another thing is that you need to be prepared with Hong Kong dollars or other payment methods for this hotel. They require a 500 HKD deposit, and WeChat Pay and Alipay are not accepted. I didn't know this on my first stay, so I had to go exchange HKD. I asked a place near the hotel, and they charged a 30 HKD service fee. So, I walked a few kilometers to another place to exchange money; they didn't charge a service fee, but I had to exchange a minimum of 1000 HKD. To all you folks planning a trip to Hong Kong, make sure to prepare in advance and do your research, including checking how the hotel deposit can be paid.

BBOSS_liuBeyond expectations, truly satisfied! First off, the location is great – not far from the city center, and there's a bus stop right downstairs. If you don't want to take a mini-bus, the 42A will take you directly to Mong Kok. Secondly, the room facilities are very clean. It's small but has everything you need, and you can even see Central in the distance from the room. Downstairs there's a large pier. The front desk staff were also very thoughtful; communication in Mandarin was seamless, and their attitude was excellent. This hotel hosts people from many different countries, and there's a small mall on the basement level, making grocery shopping and dining very convenient. This is my second time in Hong Kong, and I'm very happy with my stay here! 👍🏻

GGuest UserWe booked a suite, which was essentially two rooms. One room had a bed and a TV, and felt very private when the door was closed. The other room had two beds. I thought the rooms were quite spacious, much better than I expected, especially considering how expensive real estate is in Hong Kong. We were even given a complimentary souvenir from the front desk during our Chinese New Year trip, which was a lovely surprise!

GGuest UserFirst, the good points: 1. **Affordable:** Located in a bustling shopping, dining, and tourist hub, the price is arguably its biggest draw. 2. **Excellent Service:** The male front desk staff were incredibly accommodating and responsive to every request. They even extended my 11 AM check-out to 12 PM. 3. **Location:** This hotel boasts a prime location in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. You can walk to all the best dining, entertainment, and shopping spots. It's also a fantastic place to stay for the Hong Kong Marathon, with direct access to the race course right outside. 4. **Transportation:** All kinds of transport options are readily available, with bus stops and subway stations scattered everywhere. 5. **Dining:** The hotel is surrounded by an abundance of food choices. 6. **Hot Water:** The hot water for showering was excellent. 7. **WiFi:** Free and no password required, with a very smooth connection. Now, the downsides: 1. **Outdated Facilities:** The facilities are old, reminiscent of a mainland guesthouse from 30 years ago. 2. **Average Cleanliness:** I stayed for two nights. On the first morning, I put out the 'please clean' sign, but the room wasn't tidied. The room, wardrobe, walls, and bathroom were all just so-so. If you're on your honeymoon with your wife, definitely don't book this place, or you'll be divorced when you get home! If you just need a place to sleep at night, it's tolerable. However, the lobby environment is quite decent. 3. **Loud Central Air Conditioning Noise:** Even when I didn't have the AC on during my stay, there was a lot of noise, likely from other rooms' AC units coming through the vents. Remember to bring earplugs for sleeping; otherwise, you'll definitely suffer from insomnia. 4. **Television:** The TV is tiny; I doubt you'd find TVs like this on the mainland anymore. The remote control was still sealed in plastic and didn't even have batteries. However, the internet was good, so I just used my phone and didn't need to watch TV anyway. Incidentally, Chungking Mansions is right next door. If you stay here, it's a good opportunity to re-watch Wong Kar-wai's 'Chungking Express.' The surrounding bustling area can be crowded and chaotic, with many transient people, so be mindful of your personal belongings and safety! That said, overall public safety in Hong Kong is quite good. This review is based solely on my experience in a double room. I can't comment on other rooms.

MMaogoushuangquandexiaoguniangFirst off, if you're taller than 175cm, I'd recommend staying elsewhere – the bed is too short. **Facilities:** The facilities are quite old, but they have everything you need. The wallpaper is even taped up. I really wish they'd get rid of the bedding that looks like the one in picture four. I brought my own disposable duvet cover and sprayed it with disinfectant, but I still felt itchy, which never happens at other places. Plus, the bed is too short; I'm 174cm tall. Realistically, no one sleeps with their head completely at the headboard; it's always centered on the pillow. My feet were practically at the edge of the bed, sometimes even dangling off. And the mattress is so uncomfortable; after the first night, my entire back hurt, it felt like I hadn't slept at all, and I was so tired. **Hygiene:** The hygiene is actually okay, considering the price. In fact, the lobby on the first floor is much nicer than the rooms; seeing the lobby, I didn't expect the rooms to be so run-down. **Environment:** It's located inside a wet market, so it feels chaotic when you step out. There's also a strong smell from the meat stalls. However, since I was on a higher floor, I didn't really hear it once I was back in the hotel. **Service:** Check-in was alright. It wasn't as good an experience as checking into other hotels. Even though it's close to the subway and convenient for getting around, I probably won't choose this hotel again. During the off-season, I've stayed in much more comfortable places for the same price.
