The hotel is very conveniently located. Take the MTR to ”Tsim Sha Tsui Exit A1” and walk for about 1 minute to arrive! ! There are many convenient stores and restaurants nearby so you don’t have to worry about having nothing to eat! ! Even if you want to have a midnight snack, there are many choices. The hotel is not big. I stayed in a single room this time. The soundproofing is not very good, but it is great to have a completely independent space. The privacy is sufficient. The bathroom is shared. There are two toilets and one bathroom. The hotel also has a refrigerator and a microwave. The hotel adopts self-service check-in. You need to add WeChat to get the door lock code. The boss is a kind sister. There are cups and tea bags in the living room. You can enjoy a short leisure time in this space. If you have a limited budget, this place where every inch of land is valuable is a good choice for you~~

If you're looking for an affordable and hygienic hostel, this is a great choice. My sister and I stayed here, and we had an excellent experience. There’s also a Filipina staff member at the hostel, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The amenities are complete—they provide shampoo, shower gel, blower, toothbrush, and toothpaste. They also offer free water and may kettle narin, there’s also ref if you’re planning to buy foods and keep it there. There’s also enough space to keep or store your luggages. The food in the picture below was recommended to us by the Filipina staff, who introduced us to a Filipina living in Mirador Mansion. She sells delicious Filipino food at very affordable prices.

Location is great . next to metro station ( out from B2 ) ,walking distance to bus station. ( airport bus - A21) available every 15 mins , shopping center & restaurant etc. Owner is friendly . TQ Mr Chan .

Very pleasant stay - the rooms are bright and clean. Building and area feel safe. The lady on reception was very helpful and cheerful. I’ll come here again and will recommend to my friends. WiFi was good too, and I was able to do a 1.5 hour zoom call with no issues. Kowloon park entrance right opposite guesthouse, nice place for exercise

If you want to stay in a budget area in tsim sha tsui but hesitant to book in chungking and mirador mansion, I would definitely recommend this place! It’s located in tsim sha tsui mansion. Location is 10/10. Building might look old and first impression may not be exactly pleasing but this guesthouse is clean and safe. 1-2 min walk from the station. Exit outside ISQUARE so you won’t have to take the stairs in the station with your bags. Bus stop is also just located in front incase you decide to take the bus from the airport. Walking distance to all tourist spots including Bakehouse and Cheung Hing Kee Pan Fried Buns. Owner is easy to communicate with and instructions are clear. Daily housekeeping is a plus as well. Walls are thin but not really an issue for us tho. Also very grateful that he decided to let us check in when we arrived around 11am. Requested for a room with a table and chairs for work and we got the room. Aircon and water heater works well. There is also free water in the waiting area for guests.

I booked Double Bed. Clean bed, nice fan and TV. The room has clothes in the drawers and things stored on bathroom shelves. Body soap and shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste was provided. Not too hot when I went in March. Very small bathroom/shower but I am not bothered by that for a short stay. Sometimes bathroom will have a strange smell, only when I turned off the fan. Best to keep it on as room is small. Room is big enough for 1 big open suitcase to go on the floor. Windows look towards other windows. Not a fancy hotel by any means, but it is not a bad place to stay for the price and a convenient location. Very friendly host.

As a person who has visited more than 30 countries, I think I am relevant in writing reviews. This is the worst hotel I've ever visited, you literally have nowhere to turn, nothing more than four square meters. The TV was broken (I certainly wouldn't have turned it on), there are no windows and you feel claustrophobic. It's in the Indian building, which stinks a lot. If you decide to take the fire escape because the elevator is slow, you will only regret it later, because the stink will leave a lasting impression on you. Instead of remembering Hong Kong as an unforgettable adventure, I will remember it for a smelly building and a bad apartment. My recommendation, if you need to be a little far from the city or pay a little more, but this is definitely not worth it.

The building's a bit old but it's in downtown tsim sha tsui, so the convenience makes up for it. Room's simple but clean, has a safe box, although a bit small for those not travelling alone. Shower's great. The front desk guy speaks English and is very nice & helpful, but I'm not sure if they're fluent in Mandarin. 楼有点旧，楼下有711，稍远处有百佳，这个价位还在尖沙咀地铁站出口我感觉很值了。房间略显简陋但干净，有保险箱。前台很热情，本人跟他们讲英语的话沟通没什么障碍。

I love how the location is so easy to find and it's very near to Temple Street and metro station. The room is very neat and tidy. I love how the room is designed, it is well put and everything that you see there has purpose which is very important if you rent a hotel in Hong Kong. The room might be small (of course it's Hong Kong) but it is very cozy! I love how the facilities have lots of windows and well ventilated. I also love uncle's hospitality and willingness to help despite the language barrier. It is truly indeed one of the best budget friendly hotels in Kowloon.

Was one of the cheaper rooms I could find in the area and I would say its rather value for money. The room itself was very very small but it was sufficient and cozy. It was an easy self check-in process. Would come back.
