GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious for Hong Kong standards. The location is excellent – right next to the Hung Hom Ferry Pier, making it incredibly convenient to get to Central and Tsim Sha Tsui. The waterfront scenery is beautiful, and it's so relaxing to sit by the sea. The hotel staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic; they proactively helped with luggage and were quick to respond to any requests. The room had a capsule coffee machine, and the fridge was well-stocked with drinks. Next time I'm in Hong Kong, I'll definitely book a sea-view room.

GGuest UserIt's under the same company as the Rosewood Hotel, so it feels like Guangzhou's Rosewood Residences. The difference from a regular hotel is that these are suites with a kitchen and a washing machine, which makes it very suitable for families with kids. I think you can even rent it monthly. Anyway, it's really great, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is located in the Grand Century Place, right above Mong Kok East MTR station. You can access it directly from Exit D, which is super convenient. After a concert, I was able to grab some McDonald's from the mall even past 11 PM, which was a huge plus.
**Environment:** Being inside a shopping mall is great for browsing and shopping. Mannings and Watsons are on the first floor, Muji is on the second, and there's a supermarket on the fifth, along with plenty of restaurant choices. There's even a Mihn's just outside the hotel, so finding food is never an issue.
**Hygiene:** They provide toothbrushes, so no need to bring your own. Housekeeping is very prompt daily. The only thing is there's no separate shower, so you have to shower in the tub. They have filtered drinking water available, but no bottled water.
**Service:** They try their best to accommodate all requests. I asked for cutlery at 11 PM and it was delivered very quickly.
It's also really convenient for concerts at Kai Tak; just three stops on the Tuen Ma Line. Getting back to the hotel after the show was quick too. Excellent! I'd definitely choose Royal Plaza again next time!

GGuest UserBooked this hotel through Trip.com, and they really went the extra mile – confirming that toiletries and power adapters were provided, and even helping me get a room on a higher floor. The hotel's location is truly excellent, right inside Elements Mall. It's super convenient for visiting M+ Museum, shopping at Harbour City, or exploring Victoria Harbour and the Avenue of Stars. You can easily reach most places within a 20-minute city walk. Even though the hotel has been around for nearly 20 years, both the facilities and service are top-notch. The breakfast spread is fantastic. After reading many reviews, I chose the W, and it really offers great value for money!

GGuest UserOverall we had a very good stay. The room was comfortable and the ocean view was beautiful. However, a few things did affect our experience. The water park was closed and the swimming pool wasn’t available for guests, which was disappointing given how hot the weather was every day. Not being able to use the pool really took away from the stay.
We also found the soft play to be very expensive and not very friendly for overseas travellers. In the UK, soft play usually only charges for children, and adults are free since we don’t use the facilities. Having to pay full price for adults here didn’t feel reasonable.
If these facilities and pricing policies were improved, the stay would have been close to perfect.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite close to Disneyland, right next to the Hollywood Hotel, and also near the Disneyland Hotel. There's a shuttle bus every 15-20 minutes that takes us from the hotel to the Disneyland entrance. As for the facilities, I felt there were a bit fewer Disney elements than expected, just some Mickey and Minnie decorations. However, for this price in Hong Kong, it's quite good value for money. Since we checked in pretty late and rushed to the park the next day, we missed the character shows and interactions at the hotel. The room itself was spacious, but they don't provide complimentary bottled water; there's only a water dispenser where you can fill your own cup. Breakfast at the hotel is quite expensive. The best thing to praise is the hotel's luggage service. The night we arrived, as soon as we got out of the taxi, a very handsome bellboy immediately helped us carry our luggage to the room. And Prince Charming carried our bags! Kudos to them!

GGuest UserConvenient for hiking the MacLehose Trail. The room is quite spacious and offers great value for money. The 7-Eleven downstairs is very handy for essentials. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus, but if you're taking the MTR, the station isn't far and is within walking distance.

LLavender.bearThis is the most luxurious hotel I've stayed at in Hong Kong. The views are beautiful, the facilities are new, and the room is clean, tidy, and fully equipped. They provide everything from disposable slippers, cotton swabs, and cotton pads to a hairdryer, iron, coffee, and English tea bathrobes. There are also local diners (cha chaan tengs) nearby. Laundry service at the hotel is quite expensive, so nearby laundromats offer better value. Our only minor complaint was that the twin beds were a bit small for two adults and two children, but otherwise, we were very satisfied!

I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to a sea view, and the hot tub facing the ocean was even better than what you'd find at a Disney hotel. It's really close to Disneyland, and they offer free shuttle buses at 9 AM and 10 AM, which perfectly aligns with park opening times, so there's no need to arrange separate transportation. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options, fresh ingredients, and high-quality choices like chia seeds. The only minor inconvenience was having to ask for ice separately, perhaps because it's winter; I'll have to see if that's the case in summer. Overall, this eco-friendly island resort was incredibly comfortable, and I really wish I could have stayed an extra day.
