I probably wouldn’t stay here again, the hotel is old and the price for much more modern and luxurious accommodations are similar if not cheaper elsewhere. Great view from the room though even though it was only on the 5th floor.

Stayed for one night at the end of our trip just to do something a little extra special. Was not let down in any aspect except for our bath plug didn’t work 100% so it was making a constant draining noise and took away the ability to relax. Ozone was exceptional and the best experience in the hotel, which was made extra special by the staff (especially the guest experience manager Adam) and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It was the one area of the whole hotel that I felt you could really let your hair down and just be you!!

Second time staying in the Langham. Very comfortable and great service as always. Staff very friendly to assist and the call service for extra amenities is incredibly fast. They were helpful in securing transport to the airport and my parents were very comfortable as well during the stay. Location is supreme for Hong Kong, very hard to beat. Breakfast can get a little busy and may need a wait to get a table, but quality options when seated. We look forward to staying again in the future.

The housekeeping ladies were very friendly and attentive. They try to clean the rooms up at every opportunity they can to avoid inconveniencing the guests. They noticed that I finished the tea the previous night and even offered to provide more should I require more. Towels smelt fresh and clean.
Location wise is great as it is connected to many malls - there are the affluent malls and also the neighbouring malls too. MTR is connected to the hotel too, (sheltered)! Overall a great stay within Shatin area.
Oh they have a mini gym with huge pool, the gym is opened from 7-9pm.

The Silveri MGallery is a very new hotel which was opened in 2022.
Location: Though it situates top of the big CityGate shopping centre, it is nicely hidden from the hectic atmosphere by many thoughtful designs. Even local taxi drivers have little idea of its location. The hotel has its car dropout area at the basement instead on the main road.
Services: Lobby is at Level 9, cosy environment with a team of excellent staff. We were warmly welcomed by cookies, extra utensils kits for our kids. The room services were prompt and heart warming.
Environment: Both common areas and corridors were brightly lit. The ceiling is extra high, giving gorgeous space. As for the kids, our request to have a queen size bed instead of two beds was nicely fulfilled. Room design is clean and sleek. An extra sliding door between sleeping area and bathroom made more privacy. The multi-functional wardrobe is very handy and warm. Extra light proof shade besides the window blinds kept us from bright sunbeam in the morning.
Breakfast: the restaurant Enclave on Level 9 provided many international foods with excellent services. I loved the Canton dim sum much. Big cosy couch with spacious table, with nice view of the garden outside, everything is just nicely matched.
Absolutely highly recommended!!!

One of the best hotel service I have experienced!!!!!
The place feel like home, food quality superb. Like the detail, e.g. hold an umbrella for you while you step out of the hotel (it was raining). Environment and interior design feels like quiet luxury. Tho not many facilities inside and it’s just a boutique hotel but the service worths it all!!!

The hotel and its neighbourhood made our stay feels like home! Even we are from Hong Kong, just a getaway trip for the weekend. The location of the hotel is very convenient close to the MTR station, surrounded by many local restaurants and supermarket.
Staff are welcoming and friendly. The gym is fantastic, opens 24-hours, with sea view. Good variety of the machines are available. Haven’t got chance to use the infinity pool but it looks cool!
Love the “explore North Point” programme that allows visitors to follow the guide, trying some local food with the voucher. It was fun! As a hongkonger we had so much fun to explore and try new things!
Would definitely visit again. Highly recommend this hotel for tourists!

I was extremely disappointed throughout my entire stay at this five-star hotel. The television would turn on automatically at midnight, which was very disruptive. Additionally, the water temperature in the shower was unstable, constantly fluctuating between hot and cold. There were no bed-making services, and no welcome fruits or similar amenities were provided. Even though I had informed the hotel that we were celebrating a birthday, there was no gesture of a complimentary mini cake. This level of service is unacceptable for a five-star establishment.

SSJ2024Regrettably, our family endured a series of unpleasant stay during the New Year countdown at this apartment hotel. We deliberately chose this hotel for its renowned artistry and exceptional artistic offerings. With its esteemed status as a luxury hotel, our expectations were set high not only for the hotel's architectural and craftsmanship standards, but also for its service quality. Alas, our experience left much to be desired, as the hotel felt more like an apartment hotel rather than a luxury hotel.
Unfortunately, the level of service provided fell well below our expectations. The check-in procedure was notably slow, and we waited nearly 50 minutes for our luggage before having to remind the staff.
The duty manager exhibited a disappointing lack of professionalism and courtesy while addressing our inquiries regarding our booking. He drew incorrect conclusions from our outward appearance, causing us to feel offended.
We noticed a lack of attention to detail, such as the inconveniently placed buttons for the curtains and blinds. For instance, the button to close the bathroom blind was inconveniently hidden inside the bathroom cabinet, it hard to find for the first time which we have to contact the staff for help. Also the shower door cannot close properly during our stay. Furthermore, we were surprised to discover that certain bathroom amenities came with an additional charge.
The journey from the lobby to our hotel room proved to be quite perplexing for first-time guests. The process involved taking a lift to the 10th floor, navigating through the 10th-floor area, and then taking another lift to reach our room.
The breakfast is served at level 10, the only cafe restaurant within this apartment. The breakfast is à la carte set menu instead of buffet style, priced at approximately $200 HK dollars per set.
As one of the priciest hotels in Hong Kong, it is challenging to justify the steep costs associated with staying here. Other hotels in the vicinity offer superior views and service, such as the Regent and Peninsula. It is difficult to pinpoint any distinctive features or experiences that would validate the considerable expense.

MMonica_ChiWe had a pleasant one-night stay at Royal Plaza Hotel as a family. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-located, making it a convenient base for our short trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the high-quality amenities. The beds were comfortable, providing a relaxing environment for us to rest.
The location is excellent, being directly connected to the MOKO shopping mall, which offered easy access to shopping and dining. The hotel’s proximity to public transport also made it easy to get around Hong Kong.
However, one downside was the noisy air conditioning in our room, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably at times. The noise was a bit distracting, which took away from an otherwise pleasant stay.
Additionally, while the hotel offers a lot of great features, we did feel it might not be the most kid-friendly option, as there weren’t many child-focused amenities or activities.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and Royal Plaza Hotel is a solid choice for a family looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel. Just be aware of the aircon noise and consider other options if you're traveling with younger children.

CChingThe hotel is pretty new and modern. The room is spacious and comfortable. However I think the hotel staff and drivers should be a bit happier and show more initiative with customers. This observation also applies to the staff in the theme park who came across as rather despondent. Last but not least, if the hotel doesn’t provide toothpaste and toothbrushes for environmentally reasons the guests should be informed in advance during the booking process.

EEvanggggggggggI’m satisfied with the room, facilities and in-room dining service. Attitude of staff at check in session is great. However, for appointment of spa, though I had remarked that the contact person was different from the guest who was going to enjoy the spa, staff made wrong direct contact to the guest instead of me (the contact person). That had spoiled my surprise to my guest.

BBambi ChoyI I hope the hotel can be more flexible in giving discount to the friends of hotel guests. I want to invite my friend to have breakfast this morning and asked if there will be any discount for friends. The receptionist said I had to inform the hotel one day ahead if we want any discount and now they have to pay for the original price . In view of this strict policy, mr friend did not join the breakfast . If the hotel can apply flexibility and offer special price, there will be at least one more guest today and it will then be a double win solution.

GGabrielI am not really into making reviews, but this hotel deserves it. My family has never been so well treated in HK. Since the arrival with small gifts for the kids, check-in (Ms Catherine was so kind), arrangements for 2 kids in the room (with really comfy beds for both kids). It was by far my best experience in HK.
Clean and spacious rooms, modern, beautiful sea view, drinking water machines in all floors, and so on.. but again, what most impressed me was the kindness and the professional service from all staff.
All kinds of restaurants from a 5 minutes walking distance, subway station, convenience shops - it’s a really convenient location.
Greatly surprised with this hotel! Definitely it became my hotel for next trips to HK. Highly recommended!!

GGuest UserThis hotel is old, with walking distance to beaches, supermarkets and a dozen restaurants. Everything else needs transportation. Expect a lot of walking if you want to explore anything other than the hotel. The front desk service is ok. If you want anything done, you need to reach out to the manager. Only stay here if you want to enjoy the hotel and nearby amenities, the location is not convenient.
TTempy_babyHighly recommended for families. This is its own little
town with supermarket, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and pharmacy. We took the free morning shuttle to Disney and had a wonderful time. Very convenient and cost effective. The breakfast buffet is nice and the Christmas decor was superb. We will definitely be staying again. Just wish the hotel had an ATM machine
PPhakkawatThe hotel located at the Airport. Services from staff are good. The bed is not too comfortable for us and the bathroom is a bit old (I think it's needed to be renovated). At night, Showering sounds and flushing sounds from the next door is annoying LOUD. For breakfast, honestly, I had better in other hotels.
I'm wondering why Hotel shuttle bus leave to Tung Chung MTR station every hour instead of every half an hour like other hotels (ex. Marriott or Fourpoint Sheration...). Anyway the best thing for this hotel is you can hardly miss your flight as it is only 5-mins walk to Airport departure hall.
