"The room was very spacious. We had booked a triple room, but the hotel kindly offered a complimentary upgrade to a quad room. For 837 RMB per night, this also included three buffet breakfasts. The breakfast buffet provided a good variety of options. There's a swimming pool located next to the restaurant, which makes for a pleasant setting. For a hotel in Hong Kong, it offers excellent value for money. Its proximity to Sha Tin MTR station makes getting around very convenient, and there's even a bus stop right downstairs."

"Just a few steps away from the MTR station, this hotel offers great convenience for exploring the city. The complimentary shuttle service is a nice bonus — a great way to save some money on transportation! The breakfast buffet is decent, though it would be even better if they added more variety each day. "The hotel is in a very central location with easy access to shopping malls and eateries. Although somewhat old, the room I stayed in was clean and cleaned up everyday. Breakfast served also has lots of varieties. One thing to note is the hotel does not provide bottled water and toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste. Photos shown are views from my room and also the waterfront which is within walking distance. All in all, my stay at this hotel was pleasant."

"We stayed at this hotel for one night and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was, something not very common for budget hotels in Hong Kong. Considering the price we paid, this is definitely one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in the city. Our main reason for choosing this hotel was its convenient location near the Immigration Headquarters, which was only a 10-minute taxi ride away. The only minor drawback is that the MTR station is a bit of a walk, roughly 10 minutes, but there is the direct A29 bus to and from the airport, which made our journey very convenient. If you choose a room on the higher floors, you can also enjoy an incredible view. Overall, this hotel offers great value, comfort, and convenience for travelers."

"I booked 1 room for 2 people for 1 full bed but I got the room with 2 small beds. The staffs who served me said no more the room with 1 full bed! I asked 2 keycards so the staff asked another HKID who will stay with me. I gave the picture, the staff noted all details but didn’t give me the keycard. They (he&she, I noted their names) said my couple need to present his face with original HKID to get the keycard. Why never happened before?? We went to stay many times in this hotel, every time, we were satisfied but not this time!! not at all! I hope that my next stay, I will satisfied"

"I am satisfied with the hotel service and accommodation. The room they gave to me was the one i requested and it is at the highest floor with a nice city view. Room is spacious for a price in Hongkong. The best part was there was nearby 7/11, starbucks, restaurants, and very near wan chai station. The hotel seems old but clean and big. I would prolly stay here next time when i visit again Hongkong.😍😊🇭🇰"

"The hotel room is huge, AC is cold, no noises at night. The downside is that it’s a little far from TST and MTR (around 7-10 mins walk) but you can use shortcut through the park to TST. The staffs are very nice, they do room cleaning and give you new towels every day (we travel in 3 people and end up having 8 towels on check out day). The concierge is very helpful, we forget the luggage scale and we can borrow from them as well. Though the hotel is a bit too old and dated, you can see some tiny mold at the corner of bathroom, the carpet has lots of dust which isn’t good for people with allergies, and the elevators are too slow even though they have 2 sides of them but you’d wait forever during peak time. Overall 8/10 for me."

"I came to Hong Kong for a concert and saw this hotel highly recommended on various platforms, so I booked it without much comparison. Even the smallest room type was surprisingly spacious, and the bathroom was very large. The hallway offered convenient space for luggage. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the MTR station, but after following directions once, I found my way easily. The back entrance is in a logistics park, which isn't exactly deserted. There are some local 'bing suts' (Hong Kong-style cafes) and a McDonald's nearby for food, so the overall location is pretty good. They provided toothbrushes, toiletries, and toilet paper, but there were no facial tissues, bathroom slippers, or international adapters, so you'll need to bring those yourself."

Additionally, the Hung Hom bus station provides access to the A21 bus, which goes to Hong Kong Airport for a fare of 34.60HKD when using Octopus card. If you purchase an on-loan Octopus Card, you can process refund of the balance in your card at the airport departure hall, although a processing fee will be applied. Next door to the hotel is a shopping mall. The hotel also offers shuttle bus service to Middle Road in Tsim Sha Tsui exclusively for hotel guests. Be sure to check the bus schedule with front desk for availability. The breakfast is not varied, simple buffet breakfast. There is no coffee machines, only boiled coffee and tea. That's all.
