GGuest UserLocated in Wan Chai, the hotel boasts a great location and has been recently renovated. The room isn't huge, but it's fully functional and doesn't feel cramped for two people; it's quite comfortable. The soundproofing in the room is also good. One thing I couldn't quite understand is why, during the renovation, they didn't update the charging outlets to be more universal. I still needed an adapter for my Apple devices, and it was easy to accidentally hit the switch, which would stop the charging.

GGuest UserThis hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! For a price over HKD 1,000, I was expecting a tiny room in Hong Kong, but to my surprise, it was a suite. It had a living room with a sofa, coffee table, and dining table, and the bedroom had a super large bed. Plus, all the details in the bathroom were very clean. The hotel staff were very nice, and their Mandarin was good. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, where you could order one set meal, and all four I tried were delicious. You could even see parrots flying outside the window while having breakfast. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. It's about two bus stops from Admiralty Station (or walkable, really), a 200-meter walk from the Peak Tram Macdonnell Road Station, and within walking distance of Hong Kong Park and Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserLocation is unbeatable. I came from Shenzhen via high speed rail and hotel is just a short taxi ride away from. West Kowloon Station. It is also very near to Yau Ma Tei MTR station (which can get me to Central area easily). I especially like the fact that hotel is next to an Airport Bus station (1min away). Great for travellers with lots of luggage. Cost 34.50 hkd. Just a tip, try to hop on the bus before typical check out time at 12pm. I boarded the bus at 12.20pm and I was lucky enough to get a seat. Some who boarded after my stop had to stand. There are lots of shopping options and restaurants along Nathan Road. I especially like the Pistachio Tarts from The One bakery 2 mins walk away. It is heavenly. Room wise I like the special touches. Like the soap with Pu er sent and the furry slippers. Hotel is also very new and space wise I think it's just nice for me. Highly recommend.

AAnonymous UserVery good location, pretty new and renovated hotel room; however aircon vent cannot be adjusted so cannot have a good night sleep due to wind blowing to my head & face direction, also note that some rooms don’t have TV so has to last minute upgrade room, toilet shower head has massage effect which is appealing, and bed sheet don’t change daily so a little itchy sometimes, a little cramp room but okay, lastly check out very slow so need improvement as lift waiting time is super long at level 5 hotel lobby, otherwise hotel location is the best as compared to opposite branded hotel

GGuest UserThe service was excellent! The cleaning lady was incredibly thoughtful and helpful. She was super efficient and just a wonderful person 👍. The handsome gentleman with the longer fringe and white shirt at the front desk helped me check in. He respected my request and gave me the room key an hour early, which was very efficient 👍. Overall, it's a fantastic hotel. The location is also superb. It's convenient to get anywhere, with a tram stop just a short walk from the entrance. There are plenty of food and drink options in Tai Hang, just a few minutes' walk away. The views are also great. Getting to the hiking trails takes only 10 minutes by bus.

AAnonymous UserAbsolutely incredible value for money, so much so that it barely feels like a Hong Kong hotel. I booked it last minute at such a low price, so I honestly didn't have high expectations. It was super easy to find after getting off the bus, a very prominent building. The ground floor common area is spacious, and from what I gather, they regularly host various events, giving it a cool hostel-like vibe. Even the hallways are a refreshing green. The room wasn't as small as I thought it would be, and the view on a clear day was fantastic. The shower in the bathroom was really comfortable. Just a heads-up, they don't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, so remember to bring your own, or you can grab them from the vending machine on the ground floor.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is located in a relatively quiet corner of the TST hot spot near the ISquare/Harbour City, it is relatively hard to miss the impressive front door of the black marble looking exteriors. Check-in is Very smooth, cash deposit are required but easily done. For the first time staying of this hotel i’ve requested a higher level room and a quiet corner, which happens to be 11th (top level except roof common area). Room is as advertised ,very spacious and clean looking (typical wear and tears of material aging is expected but doesn’t looks gross). for visitors that enjoys their own balcony view it is better to ask ahead if the room assigned has it, for me although it was a room that didn’t which is fine, but the eye catch is the toilet - bath tub and the shower is separated which allows flexibility for both type of bath time enjoyers too, those whom need longer stays and/or like taking long bath in a tub will enjoy the big tubs, but the overhead ceiling shower is just as great for morning refreshers. bed had its own smaller TV screen with wall mounted extend arms for lazy watching which is great if you’re relaxing while enjoying the Victoria harbour view from the window, but also a living room bigger tv , although the downside is sometimes the remote will controls both units at the same time, so nighttime tv bingeing becareful of volume bursts from a different tv. room air conditioning is room self-controlled - the panel is right next to the main TV so for travelers that is sensitive to temperature differences is a plus, as you don’t have to worry centralized air con streaming cold airs in cooler days or during sleep, you had the control at your own hand. only things that may be worth considering is that the room is wood tiled - occasional cracks from old tiles misaligned can occur when you step on it so if your roommates are light sleepers and prone to awakening from noises, that could be a problem. also while unfortunate as it is during festive times and beyond hotel controls, noise can be excessive if there neighboring room(s) are booked by party goers or occupants had returned drunk. as the hall noise is very auditable. security is standard where after 6pm it requires your room keycards to access lifts and the hotel doors as well. A small but noteworthy point is the gym at 6th floor and their rooftops- technically on the 12th floor, the roof is a fairly open area with a limited but still great view of the Victoria harbour amidst the neibouring buildings that is 2-3 rows away from the harbour side. while not certain is it remained open overnight as long as accessing with keycards, it is great for the city view. however not recommended for people with Fear of heights- as glass barriers are only to waist levels that can be easily lean over. also the rooftops lift indicator is not as visible/auditable while waiting for it arrivals, so if the single lift that can reach the rooftop is out of services it may become unavailable , or if unlucky you might be locked out. overall it is a surprisingly fair price but great accommodation choices, while noise concerns can be servere if you happen to be unlucky when other floor occupants go berserk, but surrounding areas noise is not intense even it is next to Kowloon Park Drive intersection ramp just 1 block away.

JJulieAnnaLiuI recently stayed in Hong Kong and had a generally pleasant experience at the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, but the space felt quite crowded and compact. The toilet and shower were also small, though everything was spotless and hygienic. The hotel’s location is very convenient — it’s near the subway, and transportation around the city is excellent and easy to access. I do wish they offered breakfast and complimentary bottled water in the room, as that would have made the stay more comfortable. One downside was the very loud noise from what sounded like water pipes whenever the room above used the bathroom, which could be quite disruptive. Overall, it’s a clean and well-located hotel, ideal for travelers who prioritize convenience, but with limited space and a few minor drawbacks.

BbeibeiloveseaComing to Hong Kong this time, I searched for many hotels on Trip.com, but most rooms were tiny and the facilities were outdated. I finally decided to stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong, and as soon as I entered, I was blown away by the sea-view room on the first floor with a large balcony! Stepping out, you're greeted by an endless expanse of clear blue sea – the view is absolutely stunning! 🌊 At night, I enjoyed the sea breeze on the balcony, watching the starry sky, eating fruit, and having drinks. It was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. Getting around from the hotel is super convenient; there's a free shuttle bus directly to the MTR station, making it easy to go shopping, explore, and try out all the amazing local food. The buffet breakfast was a bit simple, so don't have high expectations. Once you're near the MTR station, there are so many Hong Kong delicacies that you'll wish you had more stomachs to try them all. The hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, with a healing sea view and excellent value for money. The experience was fantastic, and it's definitely on my must-stay list for my next visit to Hong Kong. I'll definitely be back!
