I stayed in one of the rooms from the upper floor. It was clean although a bit small from what I was used to at Regal.

Excellent room services and front desk services. I particularly appreciate the sincere customer care provided by Mr Anson and Ms Susan on the front desk. They solved a lot of my inquires and provided the most efficient way to handle my problems. Really a nice stay!! I relaxed myself during this staycation. we had a great time at this hotel for our first time in Hong Kong but it was a little far from where all the real excitement and Hong Kong activities, markets and nightlife was happening. We took the one of the best room in the apartment with excellent view however for the type of room and price we paid there was no drinking waters in the room and we had to sleep the room at anytime in the night or early morning into the hall way to fill water in a kettle to drink. We thought that wasn’t something that we should be doing given the room we paid for. There was also a weird smell lurking in the room.

Lovely hotel which exceeded my expectations. I stayed in a Club room and the room was big and comfortable, with a nice view of the mountains. No noise from other rooms. The toiletries were especially nice and the filtered water machine was a great addition to the room. Pool area is quiet, clean and surrounded by greenery. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Rainie on Reception, Tommy at the pool and Godfrey in Club Lounge. Great selection of food and drinks in the evening and all the waiting staff were very attentative. I would stay again. Thank you!

Located in Central TianHe, business district and central of Guangzhou. Definitely a prime area to stay in. Convenient to go to most places as well.

Good location, very close to Mongkok station. The room is not big. Booked for 3 people, got 3 single beds. The entrance is a bit narrow for carrying luggage. Have to walk up the stairs and take the lift to the 4th floor to check in. The accommodation is on the 5th floor. The room is reasonably clean. The bathroom is not big according to the size of the room, but there is a separate toilet and shower area. Looks new. No breakfast, but near the market. Can walk to eat congee comfortably. The staff may mostly speak Chinese, but the service is good. There is only one officer. Went at the end of December.

A very small room is suitable for spending the night, it is clean and good, but it was very difficult to find the entrance

I was able to renew my room entirely because the aunt at the front desk kept saying ”Pretty boy” and got lost.

Room looks new for me in mongkok area plus the design is cool. Cozy, nice and coolness of aircon is great. Complete personal hygiene kit as well. Thanks

I had 2 nights stay at this hostel. Location are super convenience and mostly attraction places are nearby. I would advise if your height is above 5ft 7 are not advisable to take the room here as I saw a few guest regretted and requested to change the place but overall it's worth of money of the value you paid with the conveniences that you had and the owner Calvin swift responsed on the password and room details
