GGuest UserI came to western Sichuan to take wedding photos. When I saw the pictures, I felt that they were very suitable for me, so I booked it immediately.
Shortly after landing in Chengdu, the lady called me to ask if I needed to reserve dinner. I felt the warm service before I checked in.
After a day of shooting, the altitude sickness was a bit serious. When I returned to the hotel, the lady helped us prepare sugar and salt water. It really felt like returning home.
Here, the key point is: for a journey dominated by natural scenery, it is really too important to live comfortably. The basic configuration of Tingshan impressed me the most. 1️⃣ The room temperature is suitable 2️⃣ The shower water pressure is very sufficient 3️⃣ The pillow is super comfortable
But what impressed me the most was the lovely people. Whether it was the boss or the store manager, they were all very warm and warm. I look forward to coming again in the summer, and everyone will sing, drink and BBQ in the yard together!

JJufengbiaojieMy decision to spend two days in Xinduqiao during this trip to Western Sichuan, and choosing the Zanba Hotel, was the wisest one. The weather in Xinduqiao was terrible, but at Zanba I felt right at home, especially with the two ******* young men, Jiacuo and Gangjia, who proactively helped with my luggage, always greeted me with smiles and concern, and even brought me a sleep-inducing dessert at night. The hotel rooms were exceptionally large, and remarkably, they used genuine diffused oxygen supply, ensuring a very restful sleep. My two days at Zanba encompassed two seasons, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. Even without going out, the hotel offered activities like archery and trying on ******* clothing. The only regret was that the weather prevented me from participating in the hotel's hiking activities; I definitely want to try them next time.

As a ”low-key” traveler who is used to enjoying the journey quietly and never takes photos or writes reviews, I rarely take the initiative to share my accommodation experience. But this time I stayed in this hotel, which really made me want to strongly recommend it!
Hygiene: The hotel's hygiene standards can be described as ”cleanliness-friendly”. When I walked into the room, the first thing I saw was the spotless white sheets and quilt covers. The towels were made of Tencel + cotton, with a delicate texture; the bathroom surprised me even more. The toilet, sink, and shower area were all polished, and even the mirror looked like it was newly installed, which could clearly reflect every detail. What reassured me most was that the hotel's cleaning products were L'Occitane, and the big-brand series made people feel safe and comfortable to use.
Service experience: Service is a highlight of the hotel. I was particularly lucky that I happened to meet the proprietress who checked in in person and upgraded the private bath king-size bed room for free. The proprietress was amiable and enthusiastic, and patiently answered various questions. She took the initiative to care whether the guests would feel uncomfortable on the plateau, and prepared various emergency medicines for everyone. It can be felt that the boss lady treated every guest very sincerely.
Environment and atmosphere: The design of the hotel is very distinctive, with gardens, lawns, and streams. Although the garden is still under construction, it makes people feel very comfortable as a whole. When you wake up in the morning, open the window, and the fresh air blows in, you will feel very happy instantly. The decoration style inside the hotel is also very distinctive, and the materials are very particular, making people feel both fashionable and warm.
Details: The hotel adopts whole-house intelligence, and the most important thing is the small molecule water in the whole house. The attention to details really touched us. Special emphasis is on being particularly friendly to dogs, and preparing doghouses for dogs.
The warmth of the boss lady: I must once again express my special feeling that the boss lady is really the soul of the hotel. She will deliver breakfast to the room intimately, so that we can feel the warmth of home in a foreign land. She also often chats with guests to understand everyone's needs and feelings, and really treats every guest as a friend.
In short, this stay experience is unforgettable for me. Whether it is hygiene, service, environment or details, it is impeccable, and it beats some so-called five-star hotels in Xinduqiao. The enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the proprietress added a lot of warmth to this trip. If I have the opportunity to visit Xinduqiao, I will definitely continue to stay in this hotel and strongly recommend it to every friend!

XXiaotiantianThe hotel's environment is excellent, and the facilities are very new. I especially want to commend the hotel's service team for their enthusiasm, thoughtfulness, and attentiveness. A special thank you goes to Silang and Xiao Yang. Before checking in, they proactively contacted us, sent the hotel's location, and inquired about our arrival time and needs. After checking in, they learned we were experiencing altitude sickness and promptly delivered an oxygen machine. The next day, Silang personally drove us to the scenic area entrance and then drove us to a restaurant in the city for dinner. The service was incredibly thorough. The breakfast was also delicious.

GGuest UserThis stay experience was super surprise! The room was very comfortable and quiet, the whole was clean and bright, the bedding was soft like a cloud, and the sleep was full. The details are also very intimate: the intelligent control panel at the bedside is super convenient, the lighting and socket location are very reasonable, the texture painting on the wall and the log color of the room are matched, and the atmosphere is particularly healing.
Outside the window is the open Gongga Mountain view, the infinity pool is even more perfect, and the shots are blockbuster. The breakfast is very rich, red oil rice noodles, miscellaneous grains, side dishes and fruits are just right, nutritious and delicious.
The room is also very spacious, the sofa and TV area design is very textured, the light strip and marble background wall make the whole space very stylish, even the hanger area is very delicate. The service is also very intimate, the overall experience, whether it is hardware, environment or details are impeccable, I will choose this next time!

Service: I have stayed in so many hotels and B&Bs, and the meticulousness and patience of the service are comparable to five-star. We arrived at the B&B at one o'clock in the morning because of the 318 traffic jam. The service staff were waiting for us and could prepare late night snacks. I was really touched. The canopy purchased in advance for camping was also collected by the front desk of the hotel, which was very considerate. I forgot my power bank after checking out, but they helped me deliver it! In addition, the two girls at the front desk are both beautiful women!
A rare good B&B during the trip, come back next time!

GGuest UserIt was a truly satisfying trip! The environment was fantastic, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a clear view of the mountains. The room was fully equipped, including a stereo, projector, electric blanket, and more. You could even watch the stars from the rooftop, which was truly a unique experience for a city dweller. It was so beautiful! The owner was incredibly welcoming, even peeling apples for us and cooking us yak beef soup in the evening. It truly made us feel like home! I'll definitely be back next time!

The surrounding scenery is breathtaking, the environment elegant, comfortable, and pleasant—a perfect place for a relaxing getaway with kids. A truly home-away experience! We stayed two nights. The breakfast was plentiful. We took the kids hiking and mushroom picking, but when we returned to the hotel, the head chef said we couldn't eat them—it's all about the experience… We had barbecue on the terrace and soaked in the hot springs in the evening. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Kangding! Convenient parking, five-star cleanliness, five-star service—highly recommended! 👍

BBaomihuaKKThe room was quite clean, though there were a few neglected spots. It would be perfect if they could clean it more thoroughly. The underfloor heating was fantastic; after soaking in the hot spring, returning to the room felt like summer, completely unlike the sub-zero temperatures on the plateau—so warm and comfortable! The hot spring experience was also excellent. Although I didn't see the actual spring source, the feeling was just like the Ninety-Nine Mile Waterfall Hot Spring in Luoji Mountain. The best part was that I actually mastered the breathing technique for freestyle swimming in their large hot spring pool—I was thrilled! 😁 Their hotel is only a 26-minute drive from Honghaizi scenic area and just 15 minutes from Mugecuo. Both attractions are definitely worth visiting together! Next time, I'll also check out the nearby 'Wu Shi' for coffee. 😀🥳
