The service was excellent, and the room facilities were also great. I wanted some fruit in the middle of the night, and the front desk was very kind and sent a portion to my room. The only thing to be careful about is altitude sickness, but each room has an oxygen concentrator, and the staff also provide glucose and headache medicine, which is incredibly thoughtful. The scenery is absolutely stunning!

Our trip to Tagong, Western Sichuan, found its warmest surprise in the Kangding Tagong Pokhara Smart Manor. Located in Tagong Town, the manor perfectly blends the relaxed, rustic charm of the ******* plateau with a tastefully tidy courtyard and rooms. Our deluxe sunroom was exceptionally bright, offering breathtaking views of the clear highland sky and distant mountains right from the window. Our three-day stay was incredibly comfortable and soothing, completely melting away the fatigue of our long road trip. What truly touched us was the genuine warmth and hospitality. The owner and front desk staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, making us feel right at home. Every evening, they thoughtfully delivered warm milk, chasing away the chill of the highland nights. On one occasion, returning to the manor after being caught in the rain, the owner immediately brought us freshly brewed ginger tea, its warmth spreading from our tongues throughout our bodies. These thoughtful details, more than any luxurious amenities, truly resonated with us. This is far more than just a place to stay; it's a welcoming haven on our Western Sichuan journey. Should I ever return to Tagong, I will undoubtedly stay here again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to every traveler venturing into this beautiful wilderness.

The hotel is located in an alley opposite Liuliu City, with its own parking lot and, most importantly, charging stations. Although it's slow charging, it's very convenient for us electric vehicle owners. The receptionist was handsome, enthusiastic, and provided excellent service. From the first floor alone, you can tell the hotel owner has a sophisticated style. Unfortunately, the coffee machine wasn't working, even after asking twice. If it were available for guests, it would be amazing. The hotel facilities are all quite good, even thoughtfully providing a makeup mirror. However, the room doors are really heavy and difficult to close. The TV casting software is fantastic—stable and without dropouts. In short, I didn't get enough of Kangding; I'll definitely come back. One last thing: the traffic police officers in Kangding are really tall and handsome! 🥰🥰

I didn't have time to take pictures of the interior of the room, so the luggage was placed in a mess. It was the same as the pictures I saw when booking. There was no difference. Because of the altitude, I didn't have to take a shower when I checked in. But fortunately, the room had oxygen supply facilities, which is good in high-altitude areas. Very critical. The room price is not very cost-effective, but I personally am not used to staying in Tibetan-style B&Bs, and the breakfast here is very rich and delicious. Great location, pet friendly, highly recommended

The hotel has a great location, right by the Zheduo River, opposite the Love Song Square, and not far from Liuliu City. There's also a small square in front, where many people dance in the evenings. Breakfast features ethnic specialties, and there are steamed buns for sale outside in the evenings—they're quite popular. However, as many have mentioned, parking is difficult; I almost scratched my car this time, and you have to pay extra—30 yuan a day. Also, the elevator can be long during peak hours.

The front desk staff was warm and attentive, quickly checked in, and introduced the hotel's facilities and services in detail. The room facilities are very complete. The bed is soft and comfortable, and the pillow fits the neck very well, allowing people to fully relax when resting. The room has an independent temperature control system, which can adjust the temperature according to personal needs. The design of the bathroom is also very thoughtful, the water pressure of the shower head is just right, and the hot water supply is stable. The bathroom facilities are clean and hygienic, without any odor. The hotel's hot spring area is even more surprising. Indoor and outdoor hot spring pools are available in a variety of temperatures and functions. The hot spring water is clear and transparent, rich in various minerals, and is very beneficial to the body. The poolside lounge area is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and parasols for guests' relaxation. In addition, there are professional massage services that allow guests to relieve physical fatigue while enjoying the hot springs. In terms of service, the hotel staff are very enthusiastic and professional. Whether in the restaurant or the hot spring area, you can feel their meticulous care. The restaurant's dishes are rich and varied and taste great. The service staff will clean the tables in time to ensure a clean and tidy dining environment. In the hot spring area, staff will proactively provide assistance to guests and answer their questions. The hotel's sanitary conditions are also very good. The floors in public areas are clean and tidy, and the toilets are cleaned and disinfected regularly. The bed sheets and quilt covers in the guest rooms were changed promptly, and there was no peculiar smell in the room. The hotel also has a dedicated garbage disposal area to ensure that garbage is cleared in a timely manner. This stay at the hot spring hotel really made me feel the warmth of home. The hotel's facilities, equipment, services and hygiene are all excellent. I believe this hotel will continue to provide quality services to more guests. If I have the chance, I will choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends.

The room is small, the decoration materials are very good, and the details are very cultural. The academy on the first floor is the biggest reason why I come back to stay every time, and the endless summer hydrangeas in the entire yard are really beautiful. The service attitude is very good, gentle and polite.

The guesthouse was easy to find and conveniently located close to the city center. The place itself was lovely, spotless, and hygienic. The underfloor heating was incredibly warm – I didn't feel cold at all! The guesthouse hostess was incredibly warm and friendly. I'm usually a bit introverted, but her proactive greeting made me feel completely at ease. For breakfast, she served homemade porridge, eggs, steamed buns, and twisted rolls. The steamed sweet potatoes were exceptionally soft, tender, and sweet – so delicious I almost asked her where she bought them! Next time I'm in Kangding, I'll definitely stay here again!

Amazing hostel with cozy interior and a really lovely host who made the stay extra enjoyable! The location was ideal for me as the hostel is high enough up the hill that you get an stunning view but still only have to walk around 10 minutes (up/down hill) to get to the centre of the city. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the common area for relaxing is beautifully decorated in traditional ******* style. The host was really helpful and caring (always bringing us tea and snacks) and we had some great conversations with her about life in Kangding. She gave us lots of advice on what to do in the city, helped us out organizing cheap transport back to Chengdu, and even made us a super unique and delicious fusion meal of yak steak with salad. Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere with a traditional feel and a great view!

Such a good place in the heart of Tagong! Very clean and the owner is an amazing person! I booked a double room but he offered me a free upgrade to a bigger room. He also helped me book a bus and came all the way with me to the bus station to make sure I board the right bus. I really recommend this place!
