"It's great! The location is in the city center, making it very convenient to get around. You can buy almost anything nearby. The landlady was very welcoming and even took me to the parking lot. The room was spacious and the bed was large too. Highly recommended!"

GGuest UserFacilities: Very comprehensive, has everything you need. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: Great. The lobby is huge and has a fireplace that creates a wonderful ambiance. Friends from all over gathered here, and the owner even allowed volunteers to shower and do laundry for free. Such a great person!!!!!!! A big thank you to the owner!

PPockyBackpackThis hotel is located off the main road, requiring a short drive on a dirt path up a hill. On clear days, you can enjoy a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains. All the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Since I was traveling alone, the hotel thoughtfully adjusted the hotpot portion to suit one person — which I really appreciated — and it was absolutely delicious. Every room offers a view of the snowy mountains. The in-room amenities are of high quality, the room is cozy and comfortably warm, and the size is just right — not too big or small. My favorite part, though, was the hotel’s common area, especially during sunset when the snow mountains turn red. The staff even invited me to step outside and take photos, which was so sweet of them. The next morning, I had to leave early, but breakfast normally starts late. Still, the staff kindly prepared an early breakfast just for me. Overall, the service mindset here is truly impressive, and the hotel’s common area is stunning — a paradise for photography lovers, with countless beautiful spots for pictures.

GGuest UserAlthough we paid much more than average price on the area because we wanted to get a good rest for the weekend, we were super disappointed from the staff. We alerted them that there are no hot water in the shower (it’s freezing here at night), and they didn’t help us, consistently said that we need to open the tap and wait for the hot water to come (we waited more than an hour). We told them again and again that there are no hot water and they just repeated that we need to open the tap. Furthermore, they laughed at our faces, which was very disrespectful. We expected more than that from the staff, that supposed to be helpful. If we knew that we would get this treatment we wouldn’t come in the first place.

WWusan123Extremely poor experience, avoid Hotel Parinanka! Overall Rating: 9.0/100 The service was completely unprofessional. The staff knew nothing about basic amenities like in-room oxygen supply and would just push responsibility around when issues arose. The restaurant staff's attire was chaotic, without a uniform dress code, giving a very unhygienic impression. The room's cleanliness was appalling; the toilet paper was stored in a contaminated spot, making it unusable. There was a strong, pungent odor indoors, giving a strong sense of formaldehyde exceeding safe levels. Staying in the room for long periods caused dizziness and chest tightness, making it completely unsuitable for occupancy. Paid a high price for an experience worse than a budget hotel. Management is disorganized, and hygiene is a serious concern. Highly do not recommend. (Wait staff were responsive - *Note: This last sentence seems contradictory to the rest of the review, but is included as it was in the original text.*)

LLarissa 丽莎Our room in Kangding had a beautiful view. It was clean and spacious. The staff was very welcoming putting a lot of effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Besides they made great coffee! You can enjoy the coffee sitting on the terrace which has a beautiful view over the mountains. Especially the receptionist Bing invested so much effort to help us organize our trip and giving us an unforgettable evening. The location is also not far from the city center. You can reach it by walking. We would definitely visit again! ☺️

AAnonymous UserThe location is convenient and easy to find, the navigation can be directly reached, the little brother at the front desk is very enthusiastic, and has been waiting at the parking place to help us with our luggage! ! The children have a slight high reaction after arriving, but fortunately, the room has an oxygen system for 24 hours! Breakfast is also great, just one person! In the morning, you can see the cattle eating grass on the back lawn, it is really nice! There is a Kudi diagonally opposite the btw hotel! 🉑

GGuest UserWe were driving from Tagong Grassland to Xinduqiao when we spotted this really unique hotel! ☺️ We immediately pulled over to check it out. The price was right, so we booked it online on the spot. The front desk lady was incredibly patient and super nice. She showed us a couple of rooms 😆 and the views from both were stunning. My sister ended up choosing the room with the curved balcony. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard, with excellent support. My Apple Watch even showed my sleep quality score as 90! That night, it snowed – experiencing all four seasons in one day on the plateau is no exaggeration! The room had underfloor heating, so it was warm and not dry at all. For breakfast, my favorites were the steamed dumplings and the tremella soup. Just look at the pictures for the comparison! 😘 Snow-capped mountains, high-altitude lakes, prayer flags, and meadows were all within sight. We even encountered some falling snow along the way – that's the ultimate romance unique to western Sichuan. Encountering the most breathtaking scenery in the shortest amount of time. The facilities are complete, and the service is excellent. Highly recommend staying here!

The store provides pick-up and drop-off services, which is very considerate! Children like the small playground in the hotel very much. There is a book bar on it where you can read books. The breakfast area is very beautiful, opposite the mountain. It feels great to have breakfast among the hydrangeas and mountain clouds!

AAnonymous UserThe guesthouse was easy to find and conveniently located close to the city center. The place itself was lovely, spotless, and hygienic. The underfloor heating was incredibly warm – I didn't feel cold at all! The guesthouse hostess was incredibly warm and friendly. I'm usually a bit introverted, but her proactive greeting made me feel completely at ease. For breakfast, she served homemade porridge, eggs, steamed buns, and twisted rolls. The steamed sweet potatoes were exceptionally soft, tender, and sweet – so delicious I almost asked her where she bought them! Next time I'm in Kangding, I'll definitely stay here again!
