CConor JosephWe really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel in Kangding; with it's warm family atmosphere. The rooms are very clean, with comfortable beds and great views and the roof top balcony (and cafe) is a lovely place to hangout. Excellent breakfasts too, with lots of variety and great coffee. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming and went out of their way to help us. Thank you so much for the stay, it was one of the highlights of our trip !! Thoroughly recommended !

SsawpohVery beautiful villa, with unbeatable view from the window. We stayed a night here, arrived by private car transfer. Location is a bit remote but worth the long drive as the scenery along the drive from Tagong to the villa was spectacular. Room is clean and spacious with quality amenities. services from the ladies at the front desk and restaurant were great. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which is tastefully renovated and the dishes were cooked to perfection. Breakfast is combination of sandwich and Chinese meal. Oh we also saw a few marmots just few meters from the hotel along the way to the viewing point.

GGuest UserThe hotel room's oxygen supply is not available 24/7—it only starts after 5 PM (they said the equipment requires maintenance). Although the oxygen appears to be working late at night, it feels like the high-altitude sickness and hypoxia return. I'm not sure if it's just our room or a general issue, but the hot water is inconsistent—it suddenly turns cold for half a second or a second before switching back to hot, repeating this cycle endlessly... Taking a shower was incredibly frustrating. The floor heating takes forever to warm up, and by late at night, it's just cold and oxygen-deprived, making proper rest impossible. The breakfast was average, and the restaurant recommended by the front desk staff was decent.

RRuansuxianBecause we're very picky about hotels, worried about cleanliness and quality of sleep, we spent a long time choosing one. Luckily, this hotel was excellent overall! The decor was simple yet elegant, the room was very clean, and the facilities were complete, with full smart technology. The curtains opened automatically upon entering and turning on the power, revealing a breathtaking view. The owner was very kind and upgraded us to a room on the second floor for free. When we couldn't sleep due to altitude sickness at night, they brought us another oxygen concentrator because one wasn't enough! The view of the snow-capped mountains from the room was truly amazing! 👍

TTilalisuThis guesthouse is truly charming, beautifully decorated in an authentic ******* style. It's the owner's personal residence, offering a quaint and elegant atmosphere. Both the owner and his wife are wonderful people with outstanding service-mindedness. Their child is exceptionally cute and polite; we all absolutely adored them. The owner is an artist, which was quite interesting! Unfortunately, I was suffering from altitude sickness that day and didn't get a chance to chat much with him. He was incredibly caring and attentive to our condition, for which we are truly grateful. The breakfast was lovely and could be delivered right to our room. They even helped us order takeout for dinner and lit a fire for us downstairs. We are so thankful for all their help. Although it might be hard for us to visit Western Sichuan again, we still wish you all the very best and thank you profoundly!

GGuest UserAs a foreigner, I hardly come across not so good cleanliness hotels in China. But the bathroom here is quite small, and there’s no ac so there is no ventilation. And considering that we are at high altitude, it was hard for me to breathe midnight when there is no ventilation. I woke up midnight to use their oxygen tubes. Also there is no dryer although there is a washing machine. Hotel staff said to use their floor heater in the room , and it will dry by morning. Well it did not, cos we couldn’t turn on the heater to too hot since there is already no ventilation. Booked it thinking it was the chain store of holiday inns international. But for the affordable price, we paid what we get for..

GGuest UserThe room was overall very good and the breakfast was also very good. It was the neighbor who made a lot of noise on the day we stayed, and we were woken up early in the morning. We arrived at the hotel very late because there were dogs in the hotel. We were afraid of dogs and asked the store boy to help bring them to the hotel. Thank you so much. Charging is very convenient!

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The view outside was excellent. It's located away from the main road, ensuring it's quiet at night. The facilities are quite new, and the toilet is an automatic smart toilet. There's underfloor heating in the room, so it's never cold at night. The windows can also be opened, providing good ventilation. The front desk staff provided excellent service; she even proactively brought us water. The breakfast was incredibly generous and delicious—easily the best we've had so far on our trip to Western Sichuan. The ingredients were fresh and the taste was great. The hotel was very clean. In Xinduqiao Town, where prices are generally increasing, this hotel truly offers exceptional value for money. I highly recommend it!
