Hot Spring Hotels in Yingde

What an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival.She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature.

Although the location is remote, it is quiet. The environment is beautiful and the owner takes good care of it. The hot spring water temperature is moderate. The rooms and homestay are designed with unique features. Family friendly

The overall environment, the health situation is still OK, the customer service and butler service attitude is very good. The hot spring water is hot enough. But the room equipment is old, the electric sparrow table is tilted, and I dare not use it. The induction cooker and induction cooker cannot be used normally, there is a rice cooker available, the shower room floor drain, the kitchen wash basin cannot be dehydrated normally, and the mosaic at the bottom of the hot spring pool is separated. The accommodation experience is not very good.

The room is clean and tidy, and the front desk guy is also very nice! Recommended a lot of things to do nearby, such as kayaking, rock climbing, and off-road motorcycles. We had a wonderful weekend.
