Hot Springs Hotels in Granada

I arrived early and so left my bags at the hotel while I went about my day. I came back and my bags had been put in my room. The room smelled lovely (although I was a bit concerned my asthma might play up, it didn't). The bed was really comfortable as well and the location was not busy so roads around we're good. The shower was wonderful and big! I chose it because it was close to the train station and had to walk with my luggage there, but it was less than 10 minutes.

I didn't know the geography of Granada, so I expected it to be a moderate outskirts, but I took the hotel, except that it was good to get through the highway when I visited Alhambra. It's far from the downtown area where people are gathered, and I struggled to move in many ways. And one big mall that you can't tell if you're open or not, and one big restaurant opposite it. And it's really nothing, nothing, except for the mercadona near the residential area. In conclusion, the location can't give you a good score, and I had a pretty hard time coming and going to the downtown area of Granada, where I was taking a bus using a car. Please calculate the route between the main tourist points and the hotel in advance and move. The hotel overall was a bit old style, but the room size was larger than any hotel I have stayed in Spain so far. I was on a honeymoon, but I was assigned two single beds and asked me to change to a double bed room. There was no work, and I was able to have a satisfactory bed. Parking is 16 euros a day, and the system is an old-fashioned system with tickets, so you have to pull out meaningless ticket paper every time you enter, and when you go out, you press the bell and say the lake of the room. Our couple were not sensitive to noise, but the hotel structure was a shared structure in which the noise in the lobby was upstairs, and we were right above the group guests who were drinking late at night in the lobby. It was a location room. I understand that it was inevitable in the structure, but it was not a very pleasant experience that I could hear the noise of those people in the hotel room. And the other thing that was absurd was that they had slippers and robes, and they were paid three euros for them and they were packaged. My wife needed slippers as a necessity, and she paid for the package and was able to provide a little better quality slippers than the one-time slippers provided by other hotels in the usual way. The experience that I had to pay and use slippers and bathrobes for 3 euros at a 5 star hotel could not be said to be absolutely good. Because I'm writing this review in the next hotel I checked in, wearing a bathrobe and slippers that are free of charge at this hotel.

A boutique hotel rebuilt by the old bank, the rooms are distributed around the atrium with glass ceilings, with gyms and pool relaxation areas. The hotel retains many elements of the bank, the location is excellent, the facilities are very new and the service is warm. The receptionist carefully marked the route and entrance to Alhambra. The way to return to the hotel and the dining are marked on the map. The hotel helps to park 35 euros/night, and it is very convenient and cheap to go out taxi. Living in a room on the 2nd floor sealed by the ceiling, there is an inner window facing the courtyard. If you mind, it is better to book a room on the 3rd floor.

The facilities are a little old, but clean and quiet. I am satisfied because it is right in front of the Alhambra Palace. You can get to the city's tourist attractions by taking a bus from in front of the palace. Parking is a little expensive, but breakfast is excellent for the price. It was nice to be able to see the night view of the Alhambra Palace from the accommodation.

It could be a perfect hotel: nice and clean room and close to public transport to the city and bus and train stations. However, this customer (66) was treated like a naughty child. Ask for breakfast options upon check-in. E14 buffet or less and cheaper in the cafeteria. The next morning breakfast turned out to be E16. Asked for an explanation: E 14 turned out to be at reception when booking. So to reception. The gentleman on duty said that E14 was only if I indicated so at check-in. But I knew that, I had heard that the day before, he continued accusingly. Not in accordance with the truth, not polite and not customer friendly. I don't want to be called a liar. So I had breakfast once for E 16 and then on occasions outside the hotel, where I was appreciated as a customer. The staff is friendly (although their command of English is very limited), behavior such as the above must therefore be due to management policy, which does not focus on the customer experience.

The location is very convenient. The room is calm with a stylish interior. I didn't have breakfast, but you can have croissants and free coffee on the roof terrace. The hot water in the shower is not very strong, it takes time to get hot, and it is difficult to adjust it easily depending on whether it is hot or cold. There is air conditioning in the room, but it seems to be central heating. It doesn't get warm even if you put it on. The concierge was very friendly and helpful. But there was a time when I was only alone. Basically, it seems to be contacted by what'sup, so it's a good idea to prepare.

The hotel and services are very nice. Public areas are beautiful. Our room was a litt disappointing, but was ok. It is about a 30 minute walk from downtown.
