Hot Springs Hotels in Las Vegas

The hotel is aged, with overall average service. I have nothing particular to complain about. However, you cannot expect amazing services. Sevreal things to know: 1. there is no in-room coffee or water (this has been quite common for most of the hotels nowadays). 2. You have to walk through the ****** to get to the pool area (they also do not allow water bottle from outside to the pool). 3. The ****** area is bit dark and old appearing. 4. They do not have a place to temporarily park to check in. Of course you can valet, but if you want to do free self parking, you will need to haul all of you luggage from the garage, walking through a bridge, down the escalator/elevator, walking through the ****** area, to the front desk to check in. Alternatively, you can self check in from a kiosk machine without going through the front desk.. 5. The AC unit is also bit aged. It is hard to set the temperature, with High-median-low setting only. 6. The restraurant selection is also very limited. We usually walk across the street to other hotels to get better restraurants. To summarize: bit aged hotel, with average service.

This is not a hotel for visitors to vegas. Don't book a car. It is very far from downtown. The waterway is above the hotel. There is some noise. The whole is a serviced apartment. You can cook.

The hotel is in a great location. There is a big shopping mall next to it. The service attitude of the front desk guy is very good. He also upgraded the room for free. The hotel facilities are complete. The room is clean and tidy. Highly recommended. No brainer to stay

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, but there was no cleaning service! My husband was very unhappy. He asked me if there was racial discrimination? They deliberately didn't clean our room. I said it was possible. In fact, this hotel is very cost-effective, only 600+ RMB per night, and the rooms and facilities are very complete, but it's a pity that there is no gym. The middle-aged gentleman who was responsible for distributing discount information on the left side of the lobby was super nice. He was very considerate and patient to introduce us to all the nearby information and also mentioned Happy Chinese New Year. I gave him 2 stars out of 2 stars, 1 star for the cost-effectiveness of the hotel, but lost 2 stars for the irresponsible room cleaning. It's really too much! My husband said that he clearly saw that other rooms were cleaned. We stayed in this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, but not once did they clean our room! One of the two stars I gave is for him, and the other is for the hotel's cost - effectiveness. However, the two stars we deducted are due to the irresponsible room - cleaning service. It's really too much! My husband said he clearly saw that other rooms were being cleaned.

Excellent room! New, clean, wonderful view, loved the shower, bright, coffee bar, water, and comfy beds. A+ for the room. Service was also excellent! Everyone from check-in desk, waitress at pool, and baggage was very helpful and welcoming. Would not recommend Crossroads restaurant. Bad service and the food was so salty. The Alle Lounge on 66 was great. The main pool was a bit cramped, private pool was small and also cramped, infinity pool there is no where to sit unless you pay for it and would have but it was already 4:30. Overall fantastic hotel and would stay there again!

The male staff in the evening shift is very friendly, very patient, always smiling, and the service is very good! It rained outside and I also borrowed an umbrella for me. The room was great, my room was on the top floor, there was a balcony in the room and the bed was very comfortable! The location is very good, just in the city center, to various attractions, shopping and shopping, the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, it should be the best hotel I have ever stayed on this trip! If you have the chance to go to Berlin again, you have to choose this hotel!

The room is large and has a kitchen, a large refrigerator, an oven, and a dishwasher. It's very convenient if you want to cook by yourself! I was very lucky to stay on the 17th floor of the top floor, facing The Sphere, and watching the fantastic video changes 24 hours a day, which was very shocking! The hotel does not have a self-service washing machine or dryer, which is the only small drawback.

The hotel is very old and you can hear the coughs of the people next door. It feels like we are in the same room. But his business rooms are still pretty good, and I still can’t afford them cheaply in the future.

Beautiful views, spacious room. Don’t drink the water bottles, it’s the same water they use in the jails. I was drunk and dehydrated and I drank some and it was so bad. Also the bedding had a very funny smell. Idk if this is one of those places where they don’t wash the sheets if they don’t have to or what but ew. Based off of that idk how clean this room is as a whole. I would just pay a little more to book the same room with better quality things directly from Signature. I usually book with Signature but I thought I’d give this a try. I’d rather stay in a room I know is clean.
