Atour Hotels in Huangshan

We were really pleased with our stay in the Atour hotel. The service is really good. The staff helped us with all the requests that we had. They provided the transport to the COVID test place and the Huangshan mountain hiking spot left us totally stress free. They also arranged the transportation from the Huangshan North Railway station to the hotel. The staff member 廖静 Liao Jing provided us all the necessary information in English and she was really kind all the time. She also gave us the advice which places are worth to visit and how much time we should spend there. She also changed our room when we asked for a more quite one that does not face the street. The hotel also provide the free laundry which is a life saver after a long hike. The design of the hotel is modern and all the spaces are super clean. We had an amazing experience in this hotel and if we could we would definitely come back.

Facilities: good. The decoration style is simple and generous, and the stay is comfortable. Free laundry is provided, which is necessary and a plus. Another body lotion is even more divided. Toothpaste is average and there is room for improvement. Hygiene: good Environment: Good. The fly in the ointment is that the taste of the new decoration is still relatively heavy, and the window needs to be opened at night. But the sound insulation is good and I don't feel noisy. Service: good. The infrastructure and services are very comprehensive and detailed, and the stay is worry-free. Other special needs are also responsive, and they are basically met. If the WeChat response speed can be improved, it will be more divided. Thank you, thank you Huang Yimei. Location: Excellent. On the riverside, close to Liyang Old Street, Tunxi Old Street, convenient for eating and shopping, and very comfortable for walking along the river. Breakfast: Good, but there is room for improvement. Every time I live in Atour, the experience is good, and the overall recommendation is.

Atour hotel is a beautiful hotel, with nearby restaurants, a 45 minute walk from Old Tunxi street, a 30 min drive from Huangshan train station. The staff were super friendly, the room was great with an exceptional washroom, great air con. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Huangshan.

Location is very good, 5 minutes walk to the South Gate bus terminal to take the bus Huangshan cable ways (Yuping & Yungu). You can buy the bus ticket and park ticket at this terminal. Plenty of food outlets and supermarkets surrounding the hotel. Hotel helped me arranged for transport from Huangshan North railway station to the hotel and from hotel to same railway station on the day we left, at 35 Yuan per pax, on 8 seater sharing MPV. Booked 2 rooms and was given a free upgrade. Check in was fast & efficient as there were many check in staff on duty. Hotel also provides free wooden hiking sticks for guests, just return them at the reception counter after hiking. After checking out, I was going to the mountain again and to stay overnight in the mountain top in another hotel. Deposited our luggages at the hotel and collected then next day before going to the train station. Breakfast was good, free porridge at 9.30pm nightly too. Reception also helped to arrange for transport to a nearby scenic spot, Emerald Valley, with reasonable transport of 80 Yuan for both ways. If you want other Huangshan day trips, there is a tour desk operating at the hotel lobby which you can book trips further out of the town. We saw quite a number of guests booking trips at the tour desk. Many guests left their rooms early in the morning to start their hike, hence we could hear sound of frequent doors shutting from as early as 6am. Overall, had a very good stay and enjoyed the service and convenience provided.
