Environment and Hygiene: After arriving at the South Gate, you need navigation to get to the hotel entrance; you don't need to take a taxi, but the location is a bit hard to find, and there are no road signs, so you can only use a map for navigation. However, the hotel environment inside is very nice, with a light fragrance, and the floors are very clean even with many tourists. I gave it 3.5 stars because the moment I opened the door to the room, a strong fishy smell hit me. I'm personally very sensitive to the smell of seafood, but it was only in that area near the entrance; it wasn't there in the restrooms. Service: The front desk staff were very kind and gentle. They upgraded my room and added points to my membership card. I also mentioned the fishy smell in the room. They even gave me a gift bag when I checked out—a really thoughtful gesture! In short, as a long-time Hilton guest, I will definitely stay at the Hilton again next time I visit Huangshan!
