Shanyin Mengju villa intelligent holiday home stay (South Gate Store of Mount Huangshan Scenic Spot)

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! The staff and especially the hotel manager 蒋丹书 went above my expectations! A lot of unexpected stuff happened just before coming to Huangshan and Jiang DanShu was not only comprehensive but also very helpful. I also had to replan my trip in Huangshan and he patiently answered to all of my questions (and there were a lot) even though I arrived late at night. Finally, I was a solo traveller without a car but he helped me to arrange inexpensive lifts to go to the places I wanted to go to and I am so grateful for that. As for the hotel, it was perfect: great location, my room was cozy, comfortable and clean. It was high tech and I found funny to see what temperature I was taking my shower at. I felt as if I was at home with friends. The staff will help to plan the hike to Huangshan according to physical health, preferences, etc. I was also given free maps, a free walking stick, a free raincoat and free lifts to the bus stations. Breakfast is available if needed for a small fee.

This smart hotel has beautiful rooms and the owner is there to give you a personalized experience and all the guidance you might need when you are visiting Huangshan. I have been very well looked after, the room was great with all premium amenities. Being a light sleeper, I just wish the A/C in my room would have made less noise, as I couldn't sleep well, but I am sure this can and will be improved. The hotel can organize you a transfer from and to Huangshanbei train station at a fair price. They also arranged a massage for me at a local massage parlour after the intense hike up and down the mountain. It has been a fantastic experience overall and I am incredibly grateful for all the care, great breakfast and everything else. Best wishes and lots of success. Xiéxié

The owner, Mr. Jiang, was incredibly hospitable, offering a complimentary ride to the Huangshan main gate and gave me great advice on the local area The room was quite modern, featuring an Al assistant, Xiaodu, that allowed for voice-controlled lighting and temperature adjustments, adding a futuristic touch to the stay. Which I thought was quite interesting. The hotel is situated in Tangkou Town, which offered easy access to the mountain's transfer center
