當天入住晚上無空調無地暖，洗澡水不熱，第二天打電話問怎麼回事，説總閘跳了導致的，我就想問入住前酒店不檢查的嘛？而且1樓房間有螞蟻，2.3樓窗簾裏面有臭蟲，除蟲也不好。作為一個一晚1000多價位的房間，服務和環境不匹配，屬實不應該！以後不會來了

環境：環境優美，綠植多，裏面好幾棟獨棟苑。我們房間整潔明亮。 服務：服務要點贊，我家寶寶臨時沒有尿不濕了，打電話給前台，還貼心幫我們聯繫了旁邊的小超市。真的很感謝！退房的時候還給我們送了伴手禮！ “黃山戀”劇組還在那邊，看到了李志希老師。

黃山腳下很美的一個古鎮呈坎，酒店就在路口附近，特別方便，裝修風格舒適高雅，特別適合我這樣喜歡喝茶的人，感謝酒店管家熱情耐心的服務，特別是酒店經理在吃飯的時候和我們相遇，還特別給我們送了一個菜，非常感謝，下次再去定會選擇住這裏！

民宿是龍山賓館旁邊一個配樓，前台、總機和餐廳都與老賓館共用，從辦理入住就感覺不好，公共設施破舊，所謂的管家也很不專業，一個老頭兒帶着我們去旁邊小樓，一開始他幫着推行李，到地方沒有電梯，上樓直接不管了，我老公自己搬着行李上樓，關鍵老頭兒此時還一路跟着我們，到了房間他先進來，直奔衞生間水池放水，臨走時還説沒有熱水自己多放放，房間衞生堪憂，床上有頭髮渣子，擦手巾毛巾灰色的（幸好我們自己帶了一次性的），早餐也很簡陋，1200塊錢的高端民宿，除了房間大這一個優點，其他乏善可陳，我們在呈坎閑逛時看到了澍德堂，確實一分錢一份貨吧
