The Hotel Location is ok, near to city Center. Some small restaurants nearby. Outside is currently City Hall construction site. So far ok, but could be noisy at some point. Room a little old and smaller than expected. In second day, some towels and Shower gel not refilled. Pool is ok, but the Sauna and other switched off Breakfast big selection, quality so so Would rate it 4 stars in total

Counter Check in process very quickly n efficient. Room was spacious and clean. Toiletries supply was sufficient. Location convenient with taxis. Breakfast was a good mix of both western and local dishes. Would comes again.

Check in was longer and with problems. The staff do not find the reservation. I showed my booking from ctrip. But they didn't believe. This is not acceptable from a 5 star hotel. Inadequate staff. The WC doesn't.work good. There are no power outlets on the side of the bed. The room was spacious and nice.

Very satisfied, I didn't encounter any of the bad points mentioned in some reviews. The location is in the city center and convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast is really YYDS. You won't be hungry for the whole day after eating one meal. There are also Japanese fried chicken nuggets, rice balls, pickled fish. It's worth booking a hotel just for breakfast.
