🌿 A peaceful and unforgettable stay at Pilgrimage Village I stayed here during my solo trip to Hue and this was by far my favorite hotel in Vietnam. The resort is quiet, spacious, and beautifully designed — a true retreat from the busy world. The staff were warm and professional, especially Ngoc Ha, the manager, who handled everything with great care and flexibility. I felt truly welcomed. My room was cozy and comfortable, and the swimming pool was absolutely relaxing. I enjoyed their “buy 2 get 1 free” cocktail offer while sitting by the pool — such a peaceful moment to just unwind. Dinner was delicious with options for buffet or à la carte, and the restaurant team was very kind and attentive, which made me feel safe and cared for as a solo traveler. Breakfast had many choices, including authentic Vietnamese drip coffee, which was a nice touch. The resort also has great facilities and feels like amazing value for what it offers. And don’t miss their spa! I booked a 2.5-hour session and left completely refreshed. Quiet, clean, and very professionally done. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I visit Hue. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and great service.

I love this resort so much! Can’t wait to recommend everyone, especially those who love the zen vibe. It’s the best resort in my life. The atmosphere, the decoration, the service here and all the details are sooooo good! Although there’re lots of flowers and trees, but I couldn’t find any insect or mosquitoes! I also attended their free yoga and meditation classes. The vibes here just made us relaxing. We were ungraded to a villa and we totally enjoyed our stay here! I’ll definitely miss this place and the staff here! I recommend everyone to book the villa. The villa made my Vietnamese trip totally worth it! I also had a spa treatment, jacuzzi and sauna. Although i think the spa is a bit pricey, but thinking that i can relax with this beautiful place. Why not experience it once in a lifetime!

Nice location. Good atmosphere and very welcoming staffs

This is an older hotel with a lot of character, set amidst beautiful gardens. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The service is extremely attentive. It boasts three swimming pools with very clean water. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lush tropical plants. Breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of choices, with the fruit selection being particularly diverse and delicious. However, there's one significant drawback: the room we were assigned this time backed onto a chicken coop. Roosters crowing late at night and in the early hours significantly disrupted our sleep. Additionally, the room's proximity to the main road at the back meant loud and startling truck horns at night. If you're fortunate enough to avoid rooms in these specific areas, you'll likely have a very enjoyable stay at this resort. However, if you're unlucky and get assigned to such a room, it will definitely impact your sleep.

The hotel and rooms are spacious, and the staff are friendly. The coconut mango ice cream is delicious and a must-try!

this resort it’s really amazing, I could just spend all day there; the food was fantastic and the Spa too, all the staff it’s so nice and helpful! I also took the free shuttle to go to the town and it’s a very good service, they also have bicycles that I used; I will come back! thank you all

We had a great stay 3 nights at Pilgrimage Our room was really nice, clean — and we were upgraded to a quieter section of the resort where a few rooms share a semi-private pool. It’s an adults-only area (no kids allowed), which made it even more peaceful. The overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxing- surrounded by beautiful gardens. One of the highlights was the spa. Every guest receives a complimentary 30-minute spa treatment, which was a really nice gesture and part of their daily routine. Breakfast is great with fresh fruits, eggs cooked to order. We love it!

The service was good overall — staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable. The breakfast spread was also great with plenty of choices. However, there were many lizards on the ceiling at night, which made our stay uncomfortable. At checkout, we forgot to bring back the room keys, so the staff tried to locate them. Unfortunately, one of the keys could not be found and we were told we might have to pay a fine of more than 1 million dong. Thankfully, after we left, the staff managed to find the missing key. We felt the situation could have been handled better at the time, perhaps by calling more staff to help with the search, and it would also be much more convenient if the hotel switched from physical keys to card keys. With these improvements, the overall experience would be much better.

It truly doesn't get much better than this! It's located slightly outside the busy city center, which we actually quite liked. The breakfast was superb, and the swimming pool was beautiful. It's a large property, but very beautifully designed. Fantastic!

Best hotel we had so far! Absolutely great, friendly and helpful staff. Lots of activities promoted. Free yoga and Taichi sessions. Very good equipped gym. 3 Pools in a great area. Highly recommended!

The best hotel I have ever been to! They are so well organized!!!! Their attention to details is amazing! They contacted me several times before my arrival to make sure that they could provide me with all the accommodations and services I needed! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and at the same time they are not imposing themselves on you! Food was delicious, facilities are great, beautiful territory! Second time staying here and loved it just as much as the first time! The only mark against the hotel is that you will need to shuttle/taxi in and out of central Hue to explore.

Amazing hotel with wonderful staff. Welcome drink and snack on arrival. Very clean with great facilities. Shuttle bus operates to get you into the city.
