When checking out, I met Winnie at the front desk, who was also very professional and good. In fact, the service of the whole hotel is very professional, and the two young guys in the parking lot were also very enthusiastic to help move things. In short, we like this Sheraton resort hotel very much, it is very cost-effective, quiet and comfortable. I will come here for vacation often in the future.

Quite happy with the overall quality of the stay. The room was clean and neat, the only thing is that the front desk receptionist was a little cold.

A great location by the ocean, great facilities, loved the swimming pool, super friendly staff however the western restaurant (outside of buffet hours) is super slow, and unprofessional service. The sea is not for swimming.

A superb hotel with excellent services. Room is spacious and very clean. Beautiful view of the West Lake from the room. Everything is in perfect order and well organized. Kande International will be my only choice for staying at Hui Cheng District. All the hotel staff are friendly. Kelberly at the Front Desk is particularly helpful and courteous who provides excellent services making my stay at Kande to be one of the most comfortable and pleasant hotel experiences in China. Thank you and for sure I will stay at Kande again when I visit Hui Cheng next time.

Very nice apartment to stay! Great sea view, cozy balcony, clean room and friendly staff. The beach is right under the house. Seashore is clean, lots of different entertainment. The community itself is very neat. There're a swimming pool, table tennis , playground. Definitely would stay here again!

It is very close to Huiyang Station, a few minutes' drive away. The whole hotel, both the exterior and the interior, has a great sense of design, and welcome fruit is provided upon check-in. The room is spacious and clean, and you can tell that it is regularly maintained. Next time I come here, I will continue to stay in this hotel!

Great for kids! Good location right next to a mall with good food selection. The outdoor playground for hotel guests (free) is lovely for kids. Didn’t experience the pony ride. Will come again if going to Huizhou.

This time I booked their best room, which is 600+ and has an area of ​​more than 140 square meters. There is a vast outdoor courtyard with sofa chairs and hanging chairs. Sitting there, you can overlook the West Lake. It is very comfortable to bask in the sun and blow the breeze~ What I also like is the semi-open glass bathtub in this room. It can be used as a bathtub and swimming pool in winter and summer. It’s great. Before checking out, I checked that only room 999 has this bathtub. 666 Like 888, both have indoor bathtubs, and the courtyard is not that big and not that comfortable. In addition, the hotel service is good, and the room also includes West Lake boating tickets🚢You need to make a reservation one day in advance. Parking is also free, but I feel that there are a lot of parking spaces. Overall, it is a very good hotel and worth recommending🏨 PS: The elevator needs maintenance, it’s too slow and too loud~

Everyone knows from the reviews on the platform that the attitude of the staff is bad, but after trying their attitude, it was really bad. When we went to the hotel entrance, the waiter saw us with children and luggage, and ignored us at all. He did not consider the luggage service, even if I asked He didn't even care if there was a luggage cart. Of course I asked in Mandarin and Cantonese! When we arrived at the front desk, everyone looked very bad. Not to mention welcoming, I honestly thought it was hatred. I came to travel, so what's the crime? He said he wanted to give me a fruit bowl because it was my husband's birthday, but of course he just said it and never showed up. We are 2 adults and 2 children. We asked the customer service to ask for 2 more towels (there are only 2 in the room) and 2 bottles of shampoo and shower gel (the room only has 1 small bottle each, each bottle is about 10ml). It’s not too much! The room staff kept saying that was enough and didn't want to compete. There is a terrace and hot spring outside the room, but the management is poor and there are too many plants, resulting in too many mosquitoes at 11:00 at night. The room is generally very good, and the hot spring area is very good, but most of the pool water is not open.
