When our car was parked, the shuttle bus also parked next to our car. The staff took the initiative to help carry the luggage and enthusiastically introduced the scenery along the way. When checking in at the front desk, the shuttle bus was also waiting outside the door. After checking in, we were sent to the downstairs of the room where we stayed. The staff also helped us take the luggage off the car and put it all the way to the room. When checking out, there is no need to go to the front desk. I called a shuttle bus and returned the room card directly to the shuttle bus driver. The driver took us directly to the parking lot, put the luggage on the car, and said goodbye to us warmly. Every staff member I dealt with when living in the resort greeted me with a smile and a kind tone. This is my second time to go on vacation here. The villa is spacious and has a good environment. There is an audio-visual room in the basement (but the TV is small and old, it would be better to replace it in the future) and message facilities; the garden is very large, with enough private hot springs for 4-5 people to soak together, which are heated from 2 pm to 10 pm every day; camping equipment is provided; the room is very clean, and when you need to soak in the hot spring, they will come to clean the fallen leaves in the pool in time. The environment of the villa hotel park is very good, connected to the Sheraton Hotel, you can use the Sheraton's swimming pool and gym, and eat breakfast at the Sheraton. The service response during the stay was very timely, the hotel butler Xiao Ni provided great service, and the front desk Xiao Jie was enthusiastic and responsible. If you need anything, just call the butler on your phone and the reply will be quick! The puppies had a great time, and the hotel's travel photography was also very good. I also took beautiful photos of the babies and sent them to pyq. Everyone wanted to check in after seeing them😄

Very suitable for a hotel with children to play, feeding small animals, and a particularly large naughty castle children's paradise. Children can play for a day in it, and they can go up the mountain to dig bamboo shoots, but it is too hot and I didn't go. The dishes I ate in the evening did not disappoint us. The special chicken soup is very authentic. Come with friends next time.

This hotel is not at all foreigner-friendly. Since I am vegetarian, I asked the restaurant to serve me something of my choice (which was included in my booking), but they refrained to do so, and even when I asked them to just give me salad, they charged me extra for that. I also asked if they could make me french fries, which is simple, but they didn't care and didn't provide me. The staff also guaranteed me to provide during breakfast, but the chef denied it. The food was not at all good. I booked it at the hotel so i don't have to go out in search of meal in different city but Not happy after paying so much.

有兩三年沒來過湖州了 這家新開的藝術酒店美到有點震撼的程度 房型很多 每個房間設計都是花了心思的 酒店內部也是一步一景 美得像藝術品 雖然衹住了一晚 全程沒有出酒店也不覺得無聊 一直都在探索 美麗的景 小朋友也絲毫不會無聊 各種玩樂設施 很安全 也很有意思 早餐雖不是自助 但很精緻美味 酒店工作人員都非常熱心 服務很棒！ 距離湖州站直線距離不到1公里 去周邊景點也很方便！會推薦給朋友～

Good hot springs. You get complimentary tickets as you check-in. Breakfast is nice. They have mix of Western and Chinese food. The view is amazing Room was spacious and clean Swimming pool facilities were alright The place gave a vibe of retirement house. A lots of Chinese grandpas and grandmas ruin five-star hotel magic by their rural behaviour. The customer service doesn't meet 5 star hotel grade. We met only 1 staff who was able to speak English. There is no any food service in hotel after 11 pm which is also shame for 5 star hotel

Amazing stay with 3 families and 4 kids 8,5 and 4 years old . I would recommend go from Sunday to Monday or weekdays. Great nature, many activities for kids, shuttle bus service, friendly staff. If your kids picky eaters -bring your food with you, there if fridge in the room. Breakfast is good, dinner you can find rice, noodles and soups with dumplings. There is kind of cable car, trampoline, slides, indoor playrooms. Service is super efficient, rooms are clean. Super happy that we made it !!!!
