Youshe is in a prime location, right in the famous Baijianlou residential area of Nanxun Ancient Town. If you take a taxi, you can go directly to Baijia Ke Noodle House, and the homestay is just across the bridge. I chose a river view suite, and when I opened the window, I could see the beautiful riverside scenery: weeping willows, stone bridges, ancient buildings, and hand-cranked black-sailed boats and tourists passing by from time to time. Going out at night and walking along the stone path, the scenery on both sides of the river is even more charming. It is very pleasant to sit down and eat some special food, drink a cup of coffee or local three-course tea when you are tired. The guest room suite is very large, the furniture and lighting are very elegant, and the bedding is very comfortable. The proprietress and the housekeeper are very polite, and the service is thoughtful and meticulous. The welcome tea arranged at check-in - Nanxun Three-course Tea is very distinctive, and fruits, evening sweet soup and souvenirs are also given. The experience of hand-made fan painting is quite interesting. If you want to calm down, you can also copy the Heart Sutra with a lake brush in the room. Overall, the check-in experience is very good, so I didn't hesitate to extend my stay for one night. A highly recommended homestay.

Service: My family went to Nanxun on the weekend and found this homestay on Ctrip. In addition to the stylish environment, the location next to the river, the close parking lot, etc., the most unexpected gain is the thoughtful and in-place service. Contacted in advance, sent the parking lot location, and called after arriving. The young lady came to pick us up and took the initiative to help with the box. We didn't notice it until later that she had been carrying it all the way to the room. After checking in, WeChat contact was also responsive. Knowing that it was our first time here, she also recommended two delicious restaurants to us. They were both very good. Before leaving, the young lady also sent us hot special cakes. This was a pleasant trip to the ancient town.

The staff of the homestay will contact and add WeChat one day in advance to inform the route, which is very detailed. We took a taxi directly from Nanxun High-speed Railway Station and just caught the homestay shuttle boat at 2:30 (the staff will inform you that you need to book the boat 15 minutes in advance). We didn't wait too long and took the boat to the door of the homestay. The staff was waiting at the door in advance. During the check-in, they will explain in detail a hand-painted map of the ancient town, as well as breakfast and the use time of the stove to make tea. When we went to the room, the luggage had been delivered in advance. It was super awesome~ I stayed for two days in a row. On the first day, I booked a garden view room. I woke up naturally accompanied by the birds singing in the morning. It was so comfortable~ The river view room was booked on the second day. When I opened the window, I was by the river, which was very artistic. The breakfast was also very rich, and for me, a picky pregnant woman, I was also very satisfied. After breakfast, I made tea around the stove at the door. Although it was sent by the store, the quality of the fruit was great and fresh. Although the facilities are not very new, they are clean. It is highly recommended to bring pets to stay. It is very pet-friendly! The interior design of the B&B is very good, and the style is pleasing. It is only a 2-minute walk from Xiaolianzhuang, which is very convenient for strolling! I also like the double-topped noodles and grains for breakfast!

The temperature was 4 or 5 degrees at night, and the air conditioner didn't have warm air. It was freezing cold after taking a shower. That's not to mention. The key is the cabinet at the door of the bathroom! The design is too unreasonable. I rubbed it back and forth twice! My legs are all bald.

The appearance is a bit inconspicuous, like a business chain. The room is not bad inside. The check-in staff at the front desk are very good and will hand out slippers and toothbrushes.
The room was very clean, but the soundproofing was not good. There was a road outside the window, and there were knocks and voices from the next room at night.
The breakfast variety is very rich, and the small wontons are delicious.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the south gate of Nanxun Ancient Town. You can pick up a battery car from the door of the hotel next to it. It is very convenient to ride.

It was a good choice to come to Nanxun this time. The homestay we stayed in was also very good. It was on the riverside of Baijianlou. We stayed in a room facing the river and could see the river when we opened the window. The room was also very clean and the breakfast was delicious. Sister Li at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and thoughtful. When we arrived in Nanxun, the weather suddenly turned cold, and she helped us turn on the air conditioner and heater in advance. It was a very good experience. Had a lovely stay at the Mercure. Staff were friendly (even had my room available well before check in time). Good location, close proximity to the Wuyue Mall, 15 minutes drive away to the Nanxun Ancient Scenic Town, clean room, all amenities provided in the room, coffee, tea, water, soda drinks, sugar, kettle. The Queen room was spacious, great view of the city. Breakfast buffet provided (if opted for breakfast included) such as East and West cuisine, hot and cold drinks, cereal, bread, toaster, coffee and tea, noodles, and much more available to eat/drink!
Overall, the experience was all good and I would stay at the hotel if I ever go back to Nanxun.

For travel, the location of the hotel is also great. It is next to Yintai, and the clothes street is within walking distance. It takes less than 30 minutes to take a taxi to the high-speed rail station and Taihu Ancient Town.
There will be welcome fruit when checking in, and a small gift will be given when leaving the hotel, which is very considerate🫶🏻

It's right at the middle entrance of the ancient town, very close, not noisy at all, very quiet, and a good rest. The lady at the front desk was very warm and friendly, and arranged everything well. It's a pity that I only stayed for one day. I will bring my family here next time.

GGuest UserTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

GGuest UserThe service was super attentive at this hotel, far better than most hotels I've stayed in. The pool was lovely and clean. The building and decor were creative and nicely done. And our room was very big and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was quite good and generous, though it would be nice if they could add a little more variety from day to day (even just cooking the eggs a different way), and the sausage and bacon were definitely Chinese style. Our room also had no door whatsoever on the shower, which I don't understand. Maybe it was artistic, but is there really anyone who wouldn't vastly prefer to have some kind of door on the shower?

HHowardFantastic 2-night stay at the Naked Castle. Perfect for a short getaway from surrounding big cities. Beautiful views from the cliffside suite. I prefer the cliffside suite vs. the 5 different themed castle room due to the large open layout of the suite and better views of the mountain. Staffs are super nice and friendly. Buffet breakfast (next to the pool) is good and the restaurant at the castle is great! Not a huge amount of amenities but that's ok since the purpose of going there is to relax. Used half a day to check out the nearby Mo Gan Shan scenic areas. If you don't drive yourself, getting in and out with taxi requires a little bit of planning. Side of the property has two direct hiking trails to the nearby Mo Gan Shan scenic area (easy hike) and Yu Cun (very challenging). Pro tip: make sure to bring anti-mosquito/bugs bite lotion/cream and also anti-itch lotion.
Special shout-out to Johnson, who really took care of us during our stay and the restaurant staff at the castle for their excellent service!

GGuest UserI really like the decoration style of this B&B. It is simple, smart and stylish. The room is very clean and comfortable. I really like the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room. You can see the beautiful mountain views. There is a dedicated parking lot just below the B&B. Many other B&Bs do not have dedicated parking spaces and can only park on the roadside. It is very convenient to go to the scenic spot, very close to Yunshang Grassland and Zhuye Lieping Base. The hostess of the B&B carefully recommended the Jingkong Grand Canyon, where you can swim along the river for free. The service staff in the store are very attentive and hospitable to guests. They also provided free fruit and breakfast during the stay. They also thoughtfully gave us souvenirs when we left. We must take our family to travel to Anji again if we have the opportunity. The food at Liang Ge Yuzhuang Restaurant recommended by the B&B is really delicious. You must go to eat here.

FFulailaiIt can almost be considered the ceiling of Anji B&B. The price is not cheap, the environment and service are very good, and the pet-friendliness is also very good. Even though the hotel was fully booked on weekends, it was still very quiet overall, with no loud noises. The internet in the room is very good, but there is no small refrigerator. There are no additional drinks except water. If you want to drink, you have to buy it at the front desk. The afternoon tea was delicious, especially the chicken feet and tea eggs braised by my aunt. Dinner costs 150 per person, which is not cheap, but the taste and ingredients are very good, and the portion is large. I didn't finish every meal, and even packed some. The hot spring bubbles are very comfortable, but there is nothing particularly interesting around it. It is basically a state of relaxation in the room.

The cloud mansion, which is almost full, has been collected for a while, and it is difficult to find a rear room. Beautiful scenery along the way, infinite bamboo forest scenery. Really refreshing. Hidden in the village, protected by the bamboo forest. As soon as I arrived, the little brother came out to pick me up, and valet parking (thinking that the service is only available in five-star hotels). For me, who has no blind goals and can travel as soon as I say go, this is a real treasure. It gave me good travel advice. In the afternoon, I went to a nearby deep stream for rafting. And provide me with free laundry service. It's just fantastic, and there's so much to do in the evening. Board games, open-air movies, swimming, arcades, everything is in play. The next day I got up very early, enjoyed the beautiful panoramic sunset of Anji, and fell asleep one by one. By the way, the bedding of Xiayun Mansion is really amazing, and I slept very comfortably. Although it is very busy, everyone in the store is very enthusiastic to solve all your problems. The key point is to praise the food and beverage here, the price is relatively high cost-effective in the same area. Auntie originally opened a local restaurant. The taste is very good. More importantly, the Chinese food and Western noodles here are very delicious. The french fries here are not powdered, they are freshly fried. Both rice and oil are branded. A lot of details, it shows its intentions. Travel is better than eating well, staying well, sleeping well, playing well, it seems that you can get it all. Come again in winter. By the way, I forgot to recommend it, the Oiran latte is top-notch.

GGuest UserI stayed in a family room with my child for two days. There were toothbrushes and small toilets for children. I really liked the children's bed in the room, as well as the climbing ladder and rocking horse. When I checked in, there was also a butler service. Our butler was Zhang Dengzhan, who was very nice. He gave two toys to the children, and they couldn't put them down and took them home. When we went to the scenic spot, the butler also helped to call a car and carry luggage. The service was great.
What I like most is their breakfast, which is rich and colorful, and there is food for young children. There is also a squirrel tribe next to the hotel. When I arrived on the first day, I was afraid that the children would be tired by car and didn't go to the scenic spot. I played in the squirrel tribe for an afternoon. There were little squirrels, little rabbits, peacocks, and slides for children to play, excavators, etc. The children had a lot of fun.
This time I went to Yunshang, the children had a lot of fun. They didn't complain about being tired after running all day, and kept saying that they wanted to play. The rest in the hotel was also great. In short, it was worth the money.

GGuest UserWe found this OldTown NanXun and love the look of it, so we booked the Accommodation at this Location.
It turns out to be a very nice place: it's right in the OldTown area, walk thru the Boutique with nice silk clothes and stuff
Fortunately we picked the Ground Level as we have big suitcases; wouldnt be happy to carry them upstairs.
The Room is well equipped with nice bed, pillows and beddings. Bathroom is well equipped, clean and smells good.
They do have a Spa but it's outdoor and we were too tired to go out.
There's tea and teapot supplied and you can have a sip after the walks around the area.
The Location is first-class: just a few steps to the action. I think I really love this HanXun Old Town; it's not too busy compared to the other Old Town, and it's full of Locals!
Most remarkable is the friendliness: Before we check-in I text them and they gave me the exact location for our Vehicle (since the access to the Old Town is quite challenging). If you have large suitcases and dont like climbing up stairs, I would strongly recommend you to contact them beforehand.
And on our check-out date, we have to return to ShangHai, a nice gentleman was very helpful, he helped us to talk to the Drivers and found us a suitable Transport. He spent over 30-minutes with us and we were very grateful.
If there is one thing I would recommend for improvement, perhaps the young man can slow-down in his smoking.
My husband and I have been smokers, but we have both quit. Hope he will do so one day for his health sake.

RRoman B.We have rented the villa with 4 beds (the green style) for new year celebration with friends and when arrived to location were guided to the villa; however, immediately found that the villa was not cleaned after previous visitors. We returned to the reception and asked to arrange cleaning quickly, reception staff requested us to wait for cleaning staff and that the cleaning will take about 1 hour, we returned back to villa area but nobody was coming for cleaning for a long time, we have pushed for service several times and finally people from reception came to clean the facility instead of cleaning staff. Obviously, there is not enough personnel available. Special comment on this villa - it looks not good inside and clearly requires renewal of decoration.
After some discoveries during cleaning procedures, we finally insisted to change the villa as the current one was too dirty and cleaning went extremely slow. Another option was offered pretty quick and it was a good replacement - new decoration, clean and nice looking Van Gogh style decoration (pictures attached are from this one), however, we lost some time and instead of check-in at 3pm, we completed everything only about 4:00pm (we arrived around 2 pm, so all procedures took around 2 hours). We were offered to delay our check-out till 4:00pm next day to compensate the time loss.
All in all, everything ended well and our celebration was great, but too much challenges on the way, this is not what you expect for almost 2000RMB per night.
