Guest UserUnfortunately, our stay coincided with heavy rainfall – reportedly the worst since the hotel opened. Due to the weather and general environment, there was a noticeable dampness and earthy smell in our room, and the lighting was dim. Oddly enough, this created a cozy atmosphere perfect for a rainy day, which my child found quite charming, haha. We stayed in the rammed earth 'Wild Boar' area. The downhill stairs leading to our room during the downpour were quite dangerous, very slippery underfoot. We had to be extremely careful going up and down, and my partner even took a tumble. We reported this safety concern to the front desk when checking out. I'd strongly advise against this room type for elderly guests or families with young children during rainy weather. As for dining, KK French Restaurant was very much to our taste, and breakfast was good too. The Chinese restaurant, however, tended to be a bit salty. Regarding hotel activities, you can just show up at the scheduled time for non-paid activities, no reservation needed. For pottery, I'd recommend booking in advance as their capacity is limited. The shuttle service's response time was generally slow. The串串 (mini-train/cart?) was adorable and well-behaved.

Anonymous UserMy partner and I stayed at the Banyan Tree Anji for our vacation, and our butler, Summer Shen, provided incredibly warm and attentive service. She understood our vacation needs and suggested hotel activities perfectly suited for couples. Throughout our stay, she was very responsive, doing her best to fulfill all our requests, big and small. She was also very discreet, never being intrusive. The hotel has a fantastic ambiance, with beautiful mountain scenery perfect for photos, and enjoying the private hot spring was wonderfully relaxing. Thanks to Summer's meticulous service, we have very fond memories of our holiday.

Guest UserThis truly lives up to its reputation as the best hotel in Moganshan. The environment and scenery are absolutely top-notch. We stayed in a two-bedroom villa, and the hotel proactively communicated with us about children's amenities and supplies. The courtyard had a massage bathtub, which both the kids and my parents loved. The bedding was also quite comfortable. The only minor drawback was that for a room rate of over 7k, there wasn't a dedicated butler service, just a customer service WeChat contact. The older staff members provided excellent service, but the newer employees were noticeably unfamiliar with their duties; perhaps more training could be implemented in the future.

Guest UserThe kids didn't want to leave, the swimming pool was a lifesaver for me (the mom) – they could play there for half the day! They also loved the playground. They even asked to keep a duck, quack quack. The hotel is on a mountain, so getting to other scenic spots requires taking smaller roads, and you might need to be a bit careful at night, but overall it's still quite convenient. We stayed in a loft, and the tea mountains were beautiful. The waterfall coffee shop was also very picturesque, and we even went boating, which was so relaxing. I loved it! 😘

CatherineshiwoThis is basically the Anji version of Nara! The guesthouse has various themed hot springs, and you might even stumble upon free-roaming deer – super therapeutic! ❤️🩹 We booked a private hot spring room facing the mountain, and the view was absolutely stunning. The room came with a projector, and the entire guesthouse is surrounded by bamboo forests. Waking up to bird song and the sound of the stream in the morning was pure bliss. The breakfast wontons were incredibly delicious. Definitely another reason to visit Anji!

This is a very pleasant trip. The B&B is only one kilometer away from the Yunshang Grassland Scenic Area. The room is neat and clean. Due to the hot weather, the front desk housekeeper has turned on the air conditioner in the room, so it is very cool when you enter the room. The kitchen is clean and the boss lady cooks delicious food. What is unforgettable is that I left my jade pendant in the hotel when I left the hotel. Within half an hour, I received a call from the housekeeper telling me that the cleaning lady found the jade pendant I left in the room while cleaning. Since I was far away from the hotel, the housekeeper Promise to send it back by express delivery. I received the intact jade pendant the next morning, so excited.

Traveling during the off-peak summer season meant fewer crowds, which was nice. However, I felt the room's price didn't quite match its standard. In my room, there was an unsettling stain on the wall near the TV – it looked like either soy sauce or blood – which was pretty gross. The bathroom was tiny, making even grabbing a tissue difficult. On the plus side, housekeeping kept the room clean. The open-air corridors, though, were extremely hot.
Breakfast was average, neither good nor bad. The commercial street downstairs, which was recently renovated, only opens on weekends. For over 600 a night, I didn't find it particularly good value for money. However, the front desk service was excellent, and I'd like to commend them for that.

The room is clean and tidy, and the whole hotel is designed in Chinese style.
The lobby is a two-story space.
Breakfast is in the space around the lobby on the second floor.
The front desk also helped to upgrade the room.
You can see the whole back garden from the window.
There is also a terrace next to our room.
In general, it is good.
It is a very cost-effective travel hotel!
