"The quality and service of the B&B are excellent, with complete facilities and beautiful scenery. It is very photogenic. The warm and thoughtful housekeeper Xiao Zhou and other young men and front desk girls whose names I didn't ask all left a very good impression. They called and contacted us in advance via WeChat to inform us of self-driving parking and check-in information. They responded to all requests during our stay and gave us souvenirs when we left. "Our first night in Guangxi, after driving all the way from Shenzhen. We had booked the Panoramic Mountain View King Room at Daxin Hualu Hotel. Overall, the amenities and design of the hotel were superior to the service provided. The guesthouse's design and the aesthetic of its mountain surroundings were impressive. Waking up and standing on the balcony, we enjoyed the view of endlessly rolling mountains and vast emerald green wheat fields. However, the service staff were rather indifferent and unwelcoming. We didn't see any sign of a dedicated butler from check-in to check-out. Our highly anticipated dinner turned out to be quite underwhelming. We had placed our dinner order in advance while en route: Steamed Green Bamboo Fish (Guangdong Style) 128 RMB Zhuang-style Cured Pork 88 RMB Garlic Asparagus Lettuce 38 RMB White Rice 3 RMB * 2 portions — Total: 260 RMB (P.S. We arrived at 7:30 PM and requested dinner to be served immediately. We also asked for no cilantro in any dishes.) For a rural area in Guangxi, this meal price is arguably on the higher side. The presentation of the dishes was acceptable, but the taste was rather bland and uninspired, as if prepared by a chef accustomed to cooking for a 5-star hotel buffet. If the weather is clear, cycling through the fields is an option; on a rainy day, a boat ride among the mountains is recommended. Each offers a unique experience."

"Although it's a B&B, the scenery is picturesque, with mountains visible above. The service is comparable to a five-star hotel, parking is convenient, and the swimming pool is also nice, 1.6 meters deep. I didn't want to leave after staying there for two days."

"The area is beautiful. The tent and tent area are very nice. My kids loved it! The receptionist Li Lin 李霖 and the rest of the team are very nice and helpful. Beds are comfortable. The pillow was too high for me, but my husband didn’t complain. If you are light and sound sensitive when sleeping, then bring earplugs and sleeping eye mask, because is a tent, of course. The tent I booked was very comfortable in size for two adults and two kids. It had two queen beds and one single bed. There is tv and amenities (shampoo&Co, toothbrush, shaving kit, hair dryer). Breakfast was Chinese style buffet, which we are happy with. The restaurant belongs to another hotel in the same area (there are several hotels in that park). You can order bbq set. Nice quality meat and veggies. I would recommend this camping area for any family with kids. There is a playground area as well and is nice to walk through the trees."

"Love at first sight. The view from our rooms was beautiful. The rooms were tastefully furnished. The beds were very comfortable. Clean sheets and towels. Modern amenities. The automatic toilet bowl was amazing. I wished I had one at home in Malaysia. We enjoyed the breakfasts. I am good with the healthy options and free flow of soy milk. I suggest using the ceramic bowl for the hot soy milk instead of the plastic bowls provided. Do bring your own hot water flask. Hot water dispenser available.We had all our meals in the hotel. The food was delicious. Do try the free range chicken with mushroom soup. Very comforting. Our morning walk in the village was lovely. Plenty of vegetable farms. Mr. Wei, the manager was very attentive and friendly. He offered to ferry us to Detian waterfalls for a fee as there were no taxi or e-hailing. Overall, we had a pleasant and wonderful two day stay. Highly recommended. PS. Do close the two small windows behind the curtains for better noise insulation."
