There are many guesthouses in Mingshi, and I finally booked Shanhe a day in advance, even though it was a bit of a splurge. But after my stay, I felt it was totally worth it. I was exhausted from coming from Detian 😪 But when I opened the door, the room was incredibly comfortable and luxurious! The view from the window was refreshing and pleasant – perfect for relaxing! The afternoon tea they provided was amazing, especially the cake! It was even better than what I had in Nanjing 😋 I went back for another slice before leaving! The evening dessert was also fantastic! The service was excellent too – the scenery in the courtyard, the rooftop pool, everything was picturesque! The only downside was the lack of a dryer 😪 The most satisfying guesthouse of my Guangxi trip!
