"Our overall experience during this stay was incredibly satisfying. The pool team, in particular, was outstanding. Special mention goes to Chen and Li, who worked from 6 AM to 3 PM; they displayed exceptional professionalism. They were consistently focused and responsible during their shifts, never distracted by their phones, always attentive to the children's safety, and provided meticulous and appropriate service. Their dedication and expertise left us with a very deep and positive impression of the hotel, even making us consider extending our stay. While I don't recall the names of the other pool staff, they too left a strong and positive impression."

"First time at Banyueshan, stayed in the Hot Spring Villa King Room, and the experience was still perfect! 💯 The room was amazing, with a super large private hot tub on the balcony. Just turn on the tap, and it's strontium-rich hot spring water – soak whenever you want, with excellent privacy. Soaking at night while stargazing, or coming back to soak after a tiring day of activities – this is what a vacation should be like! The service was impeccable. From booking the free shuttle from Xiamen North Station, I already felt their thoughtfulness. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and the staff's smiles were very warm. There was a super rich variety of free activities; I worked out in the gym and even tried fishing. I was just playing around, but surprisingly, I actually caught a small fish, and my child was incredibly excited! The overall environment of the hotel is very quiet, like a hidden paradise in the mountains, with excellent air quality. My only regret this time was not being able to visit the horse ranch – I'll save that for next time! I've already recommended it to friends; it's definitely a hidden gem of a hot spring hotel that I'll revisit countless times! 🏞️"

"1. The hotel is located in Zhenhai Village, and the rooftop view is absolutely amazing! 😄😄😄 2. We were traveling with kids, and since we arrived quite late, the owner kindly helped us get a room on a higher floor. The service was impeccable. 3. The swimming pool downstairs is available, and the kids loved it. 4. The infrastructure in this small fishing village is a bit poor, and the roads are a little hard to find, but you can get there by following the navigation."

"This trip to Baitang Bay Tourist Area was a wonderful experience overall. During the day, we enjoyed walking along the beach; the sand was clean and smooth, and the water was incredibly clear. It was so relaxing to wade in the water and play in the sand. The resort also has a little train that takes you on a leisurely tour, offering beautiful views of the sea and greenery along the way – very pleasant and comfortable. After all the fun, we went for a hot spring bath. It warmed us up completely and melted away all the fatigue. Our hotel room was also great – clean and tidy, and we could feel the fresh sea air just by opening the window. We had a really good rest. The evenings were the liveliest! There were bonfire parties on the beach, with everyone singing and chatting around the fire. The atmosphere was fantastic, and it was so enjoyable with the sea breeze. It's perfect for family vacations, romantic getaways, or team-building trips with friends. The sea views at sunrise and sunset were breathtakingly beautiful; every photo we took looked like a masterpiece. I definitely want to come back again!"

"The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. There was no damp smell or various small insects or animals in the house in the mountains. The waiter Weiping provided considerate service throughout the whole process. He cared about our three meals a day and our experience. This was the first time I met such a good waiter. He must give me 10 points for praise."
