先説優點：房價比較大，衞生很好，各種消耗品配置很高，比如有馬油系列洗髮沐浴和護髮素，清風紙巾。走廊可以晾衣服，院子裏有洗衣機，一樓有大廳可以坐着休息，喝茶。缺點：在古城外邊，打車不能到門口，要自己拿着行李走一段路，如果是晚上有點嚇人，周圍都是門口貼着白色對聯的小院。有一段路沒有路燈，非常黑，牆上還有很嚇人的浮雕人物，比如滿臉皺紋的老嫗，特別嚇人。位置是在小巷子裏凹進去的一個空間，周圍是農田，有比較明顯的施肥味道。院子裏蚊子很多，兩三分鐘咬了十幾個包。隔音一般，晚上有噪音，幾乎沒睡。同樣價格可以住在古城裡邊更方便的位置。
