Very good - with caveats. Well located just opposite one end of the pedestrian walking street of the ancient city. Clean room, ample breakfast, amenities work just fine. A few things to note: 1) the central ac takes some time to warm up and is strangely located — air doesn’t circulate that well in the room so might take some time to warm up in winter. 2) do NOT select the room opposite the public park if you’re at all sensitive to noise. It gets very noisy in the evening AND in the early morning.

The location of the B&B is quite good, just across the street from the museum and the Cultural Academy. A taxi is also easily accessible, and the entire Weishan Ancient Town is also very close to the high-speed rail station, making it very convenient. If you have large luggage, it's best not to stay on the second floor; you and the hostess will have to work together to carry it up the stairs.
