"Cons: The location of this hotel is around 4km, 10mins drive from the main Genting Sky Avenue. It doesn't have many eateries, so we only go to the Hard Rock Cafe on the 50th floor. Pros: All the staffs, including the security guard makes us feel welcomed upon reaching the premises. Parking is free, just need to validate before going out. I've requested a high floor room, with a mountain view and a simple deco and all they arranged for me 😉 Cleanliness is superb, no weird smell as other commented Super nice mountain view, sunrise view and genting view. I definitely will come back again and best recommended."

The location was fantastic, right within a stone's throw of Bentong City. Most of the great attractions and eateries were within walking distance. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to ensure that I was well taken care of."

"The room was quite spacious. It was clean and well maintained. The place is strategic with many restaurants open late till midnight along with other convenient stores. It was a late check in and the receptionist was very pleasant and gave clear instructions. The only downside is the curtain wasn't closing all the way of the windows so got lights peaking in . "It was a pleasant stay for families with budget. Kids can enjoy swimming pool and parents can enjoy hot water pool. Breakfast was good even with limited variety. Lunch & dinner need to go to Bentong town as ala carte choice very limited. Staffs very helpful and friendly especially at the kitchen. Lift broken on our second day of stay and we’re at the third floor 😅"
