"The hotel's view was truly spectacular, but I was genuinely bewildered by the quality of the facilities here. The basic amenities fell far short of what you'd expect from a four-star hotel back home. The bathroom, in particular, was incredibly basic. Our deluxe king room only came with two small, thin blankets and no proper duvet, and we had to make do with these for four days. We were on our honeymoon... The bed was made of two single beds pushed together, constantly leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle. Unless we repeatedly asked for it, there was no housekeeping service for consecutive nights. Breakfast was marred by an excessive number of flies, which I understand is a common issue in Switzerland. However, the view outside the window was absolutely stunning. I rarely write such detailed reviews, but I felt compelled to share my profound experience."

"The Schilthorn view room is great! The terrace faces the snow-capped mountains and dreamy slopes, so beautiful! The bathroom is also very large, and there is an open-air bath below. Although it is not big, it is still fun. I also gave you chocolates before leaving, thank you!"

"The hotel is very conveniently located and has a distinct youth hostel vibe. The service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was comprehensive. Free parking is available. However, there were a few downsides: The rooms are quite small, and our window directly overlooked a building under construction, so there was absolutely no view to speak of. For a better view and good food, I'd recommend trying the second floor of the restaurant located outside the hotel. Room amenities were basic: no slippers, the bathroom lacked a proper door, there was no fridge or safe, and no toothbrushes were provided. The toiletries were a 3-in-1 combo, so you'll definitely need to bring your own conditioner – fortunately, I had picked some up from my previous hotel. There's a train station right outside the hotel, but trains to popular destinations like Lauterbrunnen don't depart from here; I'm not sure where this particular station goes. On the bright side, it's very close to the Jungfraujoch cable car station, just a few hundred meters' walk away. The hotel has ample and spacious parking spots. The hotel's own restaurant only serves breakfast and is not open for lunch or dinner. Tip: If you're booking, try to secure a front-facing room with a balcony. These are slightly larger, and you can sit and enjoy the outside view. I don't recommend the side rooms without balconies, as they are very close to the construction site and can feel quite claustrophobic. The staff were very friendly and kindly provided free public transport cards and chocolates, which was a nice gesture. Laundry facilities are available, and detergent is provided. Both washing and drying each cost 5 CHF per cycle. The overall facilities are relatively basic. There's a drink machine on the ground floor, but it only sells Red Bull. The room floors are concrete, the ceilings are wood, and the rooms are quite low-ceilinged. My biggest dissatisfaction was the Wi-Fi. To connect to the hotel's 'free' Wi-Fi, authentication was required, asking for a Chinese mobile number. However, I couldn't receive the verification code. The other option was 'free time claim', but it demanded entering detailed credit card information. I found this utterly confusing and unacceptable. Having stayed in so many hotels, this was the first time I've encountered 'free' Wi-Fi that requires credit card details. Ultimately, I did not use it."

Although the weather didn't quite cooperate during my stay, the hotel's fantastic service more than made up for it. The hotel's interior design is simply stunning. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. If you're looking for a hotel that combines elegance, comfort, and impeccable service, this is the place to be."

"Close to the station and very convenient location. Your husband is very kind and kind. The Eiger from the room is very powerful and you will never get tired of seeing it. The bread for breakfast is very delicious."

Location - Get off at the station and walk up the hill for about 7 minutes (COOP is next to the station). - It's quite a challenge to climb with a suitcase, but they offer pick-up service, so if you have a lot of luggage, request it in advance. - All Grindelwald accommodations are well-signposted, making them easy to find. - The climb is challenging, but the views are truly top-notch. 2. Facilities - The rooms are very spacious and feature balconies. - The view from the balcony is incredible. - The bathrooms have good water flow and showers, making them comfortable. - There's no air conditioning, but it's not too hot outside of the middle of the day, so it's not a major issue. - There's a washer/dryer available for 5 francs per hour (powder detergent is provided). → Washing is done on the express cycle. The dryer isn't very powerful, so I recommend running it on the basic cycle and then air-drying the rest of the time (drying racks are available for rent). 3. Breakfast - A wide variety of cheeses and hams, as well as plenty of fruit. - However, mealtime starts at 7:30 AM, so it's best to leave early during peak season. I didn't eat breakfast very often. 4. Other - The owner and staff were very friendly. - If you hike down from First and head towards the station, you can get right down to the hotel. - The internet was also very good."

"Hotels on the mountain, such as the Jungfrau Mountain Hotel, are in a prime location with stunning views. The facilities are modern, the rooms are comfortable and warm, and the service is friendly and thoughtful. The restaurant offers authentic food and a very good environment."

"This hotel is very good, in the middle of the mountain, quieter and more comfortable than the hotel on the roadside. The room faces the peak. There is its own parking lot, breakfast can be eaten until 11 o'clock, the variety is more, there is hot food. After checking out, it is no problem to continue to stop until the afternoon to play. The service staff are very enthusiastic. The room has slippers, the quality is very good, the minibar is free, there is a gym and spa."
