"I am coming few times per month to Zurich for business. I need a pragmatic and good hotel for an overnight stay. Züri by Fassbind offers exactly that. Excellent value for the price. Located super central. Easy to check-in / out. Calm rooms, when you book the Superior one, located towards the courtyard."

"I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Zurich and overall the hotel was comfortable, clean, and suitable for a short stay. However, I booked a King Bed room, but upon arrival I was arranged a Twin Bedroom instead. I was already very tired from travelling, so I decided not to request a room change at that time. While the stay was still acceptable, I hope the hotel can pay closer attention to room type arrangements, especially when guests have already booked a specific bed type. It would make the check-in experience smoother and avoid disappointment after a long journey. The room itself was clean and the hotel location/service was generally okay, but the room assignment issue did affect my overall experience."

"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Swiss National Museum, and within walking distance of ETH Zurich, making it convenient to get anywhere. We arrived in Zurich from Interlaken earlier than scheduled, and the front desk kindly arranged a room for us before the official check-in time, which we greatly appreciated. The bar on the ground floor is very popular, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of dried fruits. There was a bottle of drinking water in the room, but we had to contact customer service to get slippers. Unfortunately, outside our window was a construction site with a building under construction, causing a lot of noise."

"I was very satisfied with this hotel. It's a perfectly functional and convenient hotel with all the necessary amenities. The lobby has self-service check-in and check-out machines, and there's 24-hour front desk service, which was very polite and thoughtful. The lobby is quite spacious, with self-service drink and coffee machines, a microwave, and a small pantry area. There are also many desks and power outlets. The room was spotlessly clean. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. There's a kettle, and the internet speed in the room was excellent – perfect for watching videos on your phone. The hotel is large with many rooms, so I'm not sure if all rooms have equally good signal. Right next to the hotel, in an adjacent building, there are two supermarkets with a wide selection of vegetables, fruits, and daily necessities, plus a pharmacy. The tram stop for Tram 10 is right outside the supermarket. This tram runs between Zurich Airport and Zurich Central Station, making it incredibly convenient to get to the city center or the airport without transfers. What's more, the tram stops are level with the ground, which is great for passengers using wheelchairs or pushing strollers. From the airport, take this tram and get off at the Glattpark stop; the journey only takes about 8-9 minutes. This tram runs almost all day, so early morning or late-night flights are no problem. The ticket price is also reasonable. Plus, the hotel's price offers much better value and conditions compared to renting a similarly priced room in the city. Breakfast was decent."

"The hotel is one station away from the main station and requires a bit of walking, but the route was flat so I could drag my 28-inch and 20-inch suitcases quite ok to the hotel. The breakfast offer was a great deal, considering the price of food. There is a tram stop just across the small street from the hotel and another one a few hundred meters away."

"The hotel is very close to Zurich Main Station, just a 3-minute walk away. The exterior is quite nice, and it even has a Swiss flag. Facilities: It's an older hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated, but they are well-maintained. The decor in the hallways is quite stylish. Hygiene: Overall, the cleanliness was pretty good. Environment: The train station is just a short walk across the street. There's a McDonald's nearby for breakfast and a Coop supermarket also very close. Service: There was a chocolate left on the bedside table. The front desk staff were quite welcoming and spoke excellent English when I checked out and stored my luggage."

"We were 2 pax, but given an apartment style room, so that was great. However, would have appreciated if there were more than 1 charging point, a kettle as well as a table to place belongings. Otherwise, really convenient location, and there was even coop supermarket right opposite. Showers worked well too."

"Hotel is good, convenient to access by Tram, One disappointment was the cleaning lady opened the door even though we are inside the room resting. I don’t know how they can do it. Even the door was locked. On the second stay i got another room where door lock was not functioning, so check for door safety"
