"Baixiang Hotel is one of the most satisfying hotels I've stayed at recently. It seems to be the tallest building in Longyan, and the lobby is very grand. The rooms are spacious, and the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming. I especially want to commend a lady with a somewhat complex surname and glasses; she was very professional and deserves high praise. There's a claw machine on the first floor, and the staff member there even gave my two children a few extra game tokens, which they loved. All the other staff also provided excellent service. In the evening, when the technician came to fix the TV, he rang the doorbell and, after I opened the door, repeatedly confirmed if it was convenient for him to enter before coming in, which was very professional. The breakfast was quite good; the Fuding meat slices and noodles were exceptional. The coffee was a bit subpar, and there weren't many drink options, but there was enough to eat. The prices are usually very affordable, and they didn't raise them much during the ***** New Year. The suite was large, which I really liked. I'll definitely be back."

"The room was great value for money.
The room wasn't very big, the bed was a bit far from the window, and the natural light wasn't great.
The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, and the light switch was very sticky and difficult to use.
I chose the side of the room closest to the parking lot, so there wasn't much of a view from the window, and the soundproofing wasn't very good either; the noise from the traffic still reached me while I was sleeping."

"I visited Tulouwang and stayed in Longyan for the night. There's a large parking lot right outside the entrance of Atour, making parking very convenient.
The entire hotel is a perfect blend of modernity and poetry. While riding the elevator, I noticed the new names for the gym, restaurant, and laundry room, and I immediately thought they were intriguing. Upon arriving in my room, I found a poetry collection on the bedside table, which brought a little comfort from my trip. Later, while washing up, I noticed each toiletry bag had its own poem, and I couldn't help but marvel at the hotel's attentive attention to detail. 👍
Atour's attentive service is also evident in the wireless charging station by the bed, the ability to take away breakfast if you leave before 7:00 AM, the free porridge offered in the restaurant from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, and the fact that they asked about my stay upon check-out—a first for me during my trip, which took me to several cities—it was a truly thoughtful experience.
The cleanliness, environment, service, and facilities were all impeccable, and everything was still top-notch. The kids loved the robot food delivery. I'll definitely stay at Atour again when I'm in Longyan."

The 'Dongcheng Night' show arranged by the hotel was very enjoyable for the family, but a friendly tip: the Tulou Prince Scenic Area, a bit further away, has even more spectacular performances. In summary, it's only fair to say it offers good value for money and is acceptable as a transit accommodation."

Room: The bed is very comfortable, there are smart curtains and smart toilets, the mirror has a fill light, the lighting and art paint are very tall, the windows are clean and there is no such thing as no sound insulation, good shading, TV can cast screens to watch dramas, the bathroom is also not to say, the water volume is large enough, no picky
Surrounding: There are several restaurants next to it, there is a food street one kilometer walk, and it is about 1.3 kilometers away from the most prosperous Marlboro Plaza. Didi is also convenient. The hotel has free exclusive parking.
Breakfast: less dishes, may just open, can also meet basic needs, coffee early boiled rice noodles.

"This hotel is a beautifully converted tulou, offering a modern and polished take on a traditional structure. While it may lack some of the original lived-in charm you might expect from such heritage buildings, it still provides a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The service was a standout, staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, which really enhanced the overall experience.
As for the room design, we were initially impressed by the split-level layout, with the bedroom upstairs and the bathroom and toilet below. However, this became a bit inconvenient, especially for older guests needing to use the bathroom during the night. The shower setup was another slight drawback, as there’s no space to hang clothes or towels inside. This means you have to change outside the shower area, making it difficult for others to use the lower level at the same time.
These were minor inconveniences rather than major issues, and they didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay."

Very stylish hotel, very comfortable bed and huge projector TV. Was lovely to have a bath tub in the room. The best coffee in China, got a proper Latte. The breakfast was excellent. The Cafe staff were so friendly and helpful.

Spending a night at Changdi Inn, nestled in the heart of the historic Hongkeng Tulou Cluster, was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences of my Xiamen trip. The inn is located within a centuries old Hakka earthen building, and the moment you step inside, you will be instantly transported back in time. The stay offers an immersive look into traditional Hakka culture and architecture, surrounded by thick earthen walls, wooden beams, and antique details that speak volumes of the past. What mak it extra special was meeting the friendly innkeeper, a 6th generation descendant of the family that built and preserved this Tulou. He shared stories and local insights making the whole experience even more meaningful. The room was simple yet clean and comfortable, blending rustic charm with basic modern comforts. I got to enjoy authentic Hakka meals, lovingly prepared and bursting with homestyle flavor, perfect after a day of exploring. Waking up in the peaceful village setting, watching the locals go about their daily lives, and hearing the birds chirping outside, it's a rare, soulful escape from the city.

Enjoyed our 3 nights stay in this family run hotel just next to the Tulou. Had a nice river/mountain facing well equipped room with projector TV, wireless charging side table and v.comfy beds. Boss and his 2 nephews were most hospitable and offered their utmost assistance to us. . Everyone were super friendly and sociable. Hakka food is pretty good at the hotel and they do BBQs during the summer months outside at their patio , great to chill & socialise with the locals over a drink or 2 . They even had fireworks. Highly recommend to take the hotel package inclusive of the tulou night show plus a hotel set dinner.

The landlady is very friendly and she took good care of my elderly parents. She also sent us back and forth from the bnb to the tourist attraction place, from the evening we arrived till the next morning right before we went to our nx stop. She brought us to the world's smallest tulou and saw a tulou with 三公六院. We were treated with a hearty and typical Chinese style of breakfast.

Beautifully designed and renovated earth building! It was nice to get to stay in one of the tulous itself. We rented the whole building of 6 rooms for our family. All rooms are on the 2nd floor. 5 out of 6 rooms have a bathroom that is on a separated floor from the bedroom. There’s only one room that has bathroom on the same level as the bedroom. So, it may not be ideal for the elders. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area. There’s a small stream of river flowing in front of the house throughout the village. Very serene. We got to see locals living their usual lives, farming and picking crops. However, it’s a bit far from any main tulou sights. The staff were very nice, but lack knowledge of the attraction sights.

A strategically located hotel which is within walking distance of distance to many interesting places. Food is easily accessible and yummy. Night scenery is great with multi coloured lighting. Nice to walk around and enjoyed watching people dancing in the open spaces. Local herbs are also available if u are interested in local Chinese herbs for brewing tea and herbal soups. During the day it is nice to walk around early in the nearby walking streets where u can find interesting architecture of the olden days. Well kept but can do with more explanation about the history and info about the local culture and customs. Great place for taking instagram photos.

The rooms are all newly renovated and have a very good environment. They are located in the city center. It is very convenient for eating and parking. The rooms are very large, fully equipped and equipped, very clean and with considerate service. It is a good location for business trips and tourism. The night view is particularly beautiful! I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The family who runs it is incredibly kind and welcoming. They even invited me to dinner twice, which made me feel truly at home. They helped me organize all my trips to visit the Tulou and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They also shared local food with me and took the time to show me around Longyan. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommended!
