"Well located. Looks fancy. Dated interiors for the room and not so clean. Very expensive mini bar and instant food offered in the room. Service was cold, as the hotel front desk receptionist did not smile not greet at all. All the staff also seem to ignore me and looked indifferent. Well located beside Wanda Plaza though. If there are better choices, give this a miss."

"This hotel feels like a natural oxygen bar! It's right next to a lake, and there are so many different types of trees on the property, making the air super fresh. Every morning, I woke up to the sound of birds singing. It's perfect for those driving, as there's ample parking both above ground and in a large underground garage. Within a few minutes' drive, you can find shops and restaurants, and major shopping areas like Nanmendou are just a 10-minute drive away. The staff here are incredibly welcoming. The security guards not only help with parking but also proactively offer to assist with luggage and guide you to the lobby, which was fantastic! Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff even provided information about the swimming pool and gym without me asking. The hotel has a lovely Chinese courtyard style that's very comfortable. My room was clean and tidy, with a balcony and a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Each building has security personnel, which is a big plus. If you order takeout, it gets delivered to the first floor, and the security staff arrange for a little robot to bring it to your room – super cool! The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local rice noodles and vermicelli."

"Hotel was new, clean and service was good. The room is good-sized, and considered large for single occupancy. Check-in and out were quite seamless. There are not many restaurants around the hotel, so one may need to travel out to dine, or choose one of those around there. Highly Recommended!"

"I will only give this hotel a low 3 star hotel because only one small cafe on the second floor for breakfast. Reception service is bad because not even loose money changing service is available until customer demand to see the manager for explanation then they will start to arrange some loose change for you. Housekeeping is ok. If you ask whether I will stay again, maybe not I will look for other hotel next time in Ningde."

"As a business person who travels frequently, this hotel perfectly fits my needs. The hotel is fully equipped to meet office needs. The room is quiet and tidy, the lighting, tables and chairs are reasonably designed, and the office is not tired. When I booked, I tried to book a sleeping package. It was very good. Convenient location, close to the office, worry and effort. During the stay, the front desk 24 hours a day service response is timely, whether it is printing documents or consulting questions is very convenient, it is the first choice for business trips, will come next time"

"The hotel is brand new. The water pressure was excellent, even on higher floors – a definite plus! They also have a spacious underground parking garage, and parking is free; once you're checked in, you can come and go as you please. Food delivery is even handled by robots. There are many shops and businesses nearby, which is very convenient. The laundry facilities are handy, but the dryer is just okay; it's fine for quick-dry clothes but not effective for cotton items. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back to Ningde."

"I have stayed here twice and I am still very satisfied. I chose this hotel because it was newly renovated when I stayed there before. I am still very satisfied after moving in. Everything has been changed, just like a newly opened hotel, and there is no smell. The bedding is also new, and it is very comfortable to sleep. The hotel's other facilities are also very complete. The laundry room and gym are very practical, which is especially friendly for people who travel frequently. Washing machines, dryers, and ironing machines are all available. The place to dry clothes is also perfect, you can get the sun, and you don't have to worry about the clothes being blown away by the wind. The hygiene and service are even more impeccable. It is very clean, and every corner is in place. The service is also very enthusiastic."

"     This hotel was an excellent choice for our short STAY in Ning De.        The staff were friendly,helpful and welcoming.The hotel was clean and well maintained.The amenities were all there:towels,soap,shampoo,toothbrushes,comb,shower cap,tea bags,water.      Restaurants of all types and tastes were within easy walking distance.     A fine choice I would readily recommend."

"I have long heard of the fame of Ningde Shanshui Hotel, and I chose this place when I came to Ningde. The transportation is particularly convenient. It is very close to many scenic spots in Ningde (Jiaocheng), such as Tashan Park, Wanda Plaza, Jinghai Building, Ningde Museum, and there are also direct buses to Ningde Railway Station. And when it arrived, I originally booked a business bed room, and upgraded to an executive bed room for free. The comfort was upgraded a lot. The buffet also has Ningde characteristics. Looking forward to coming to Ningde next time, and continuing with Shanshui Hotel. 😊"
