"The room's ambiance is fantastic, nestled right at the foot of Mount Gemu Goddess, and just about 3 kilometers from Lugu Lake, making transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel's facilities are also superb; the room has a dispersed oxygen machine, which really helps with sleep. There's a small lake within the hotel grounds with two black swans – the ecological environment is simply amazing! The hotel's dinner is also delicious and quite unique. Especially Cherry, our butler, was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous with all arrangements; you could ask her anything. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"Wow! This guesthouse for my Lugu Lake trip is definitely my 'white moonlight'! Right outside the window is the sparkling Lugu Lake, it's like living in a painting! I could watch the sunrise from my bed in the morning, and at night, I'd sip hot tea on the patio and count stars – so incredibly romantic! The room has a cozy wooden theme, and the mattress was just right, not too soft, not too firm; I fell asleep instantly, it even cured my habit of having trouble sleeping in new places. The biggest surprise was the guesthouse's little courtyard, filled with flowers and plants, and plenty of lounge chairs. Spending an afternoon there basking in the sun was so relaxing. The service was superb; they helped us plan our route around the lake in advance and even recommended stunning photo spots only locals would know about. The rice noodles for breakfast, with their secret sauce, were so delicious I almost licked the bowl! When I left, they even gave me some homemade dried floral tea – so thoughtful, it brought tears to my eyes! Next time I come to Lugu Lake, I'm definitely staying here again; you can't go wrong with this choice!"

"This hotel is truly exceptional! The staff are incredibly warm and helpful, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Staying here in Lugu Lake completely exceeded all my expectations for a lake-view room. The floor-to-ceiling 'window' isn't just a window; it's a natural, ever-changing 'dynamic painting' – with distant islands, rolling green mountains, swirling clouds, and a lake so blue it looks like God spilled his paint. All of this unfolds before your eyes 24/7. In the morning, I'd wake up to the sun glinting off the lake, and in the evening, I'd relax in the rattan chair on the balcony, watching the sunset paint the lake the color of orange soda. Even just zoning out became a luxurious experience. The room's details were also spot on: wooden floors, soft bedding, impeccably clean – I couldn't find a single flaw. Even the bench at the foot of the bed became a perfect spot for us to take atmospheric photos. The service was also super thoughtful; the owner would discreetly share lesser-known routes around the lake, helping us avoid crowded tourist spots. Honestly, half the joy of this Lugu Lake trip came from this hotel. You won't regret booking it – go for it!"

**Facilities:** The amenities were excellent and fully equipped. The air conditioning was incredibly effective at heating, warming up the room instantly even late at night. The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and functional, making for a truly great stay.
**Hygiene:** The entire place was spotless, with attention paid to every detail. The bedding and towels were clean and odor-free, making for a reassuring and comfortable stay.
**Environment:** Boasting stunning views of Lugu Lake, it's tranquil and elegant. Waking up to such a beautiful view, away from the hustle and bustle, truly set a wonderful mood.

"Among all the accommodations on the Lugu Lake shore at Daluoshui, Three-Color Cloud River feels like the absolute best. I really love their decor style; the lobby offers beautiful views everywhere you look. The staff are all very enthusiastic, diligent, and reliable, especially Miss Zhima. She's incredibly capable and responsible, treating every guest wonderfully and taking excellent care of everyone. I often saw her bustling around, constantly busy with tasks, and her thoughtful service was incredibly heartwarming. Staying at Three-Color Cloud River truly felt like being at home. The facilities are comprehensive, with thoughtful touches like afternoon tea, evening white fungus soup, and even face masks. Every day, the room is stocked with snacks and tea. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends."

"It truly exceeded my already high expectations.
📍Butler Service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Several young butlers handled everything from breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea to evening sweet soup. They responded promptly to any requests in the group chat. Breakfast was a daily selection with different options (Picture 13), very plentiful and delicious; I was very full every morning.
Afternoon tea (Picture 6) was also great 👍🏻. The guesthouse has its own kitchen, and the food was exceptionally delicious. Perhaps because the owner is from Sichuan, I, a spicy food lover, thoroughly enjoyed it (Pictures 9, 10, 11). Evening sweet soup was delivered to my room every night at 9 pm.
📍Guesthouse Facilities and View⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed three nights, experiencing both the family room and the double room. Both had 2-meter beds and outdoor balconies with stunning lake views (Pictures 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 14, 15). Although it rained every day, staying at the guesthouse was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The guesthouse lobby (Figures 7, 8, and 12) is decorated in a style that young people love—very fancy and pet-friendly (Figure 2). There's also free pet food available in the lobby. The front desk has coffee, various types of wine, and complimentary Yunnan tea. My three-day stay was truly a very comfortable experience.
If you come to Lugu Lake, I wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse. For someone like me who has always dreamed of opening a guesthouse, it was truly a dream come true!"

"Lugu Lake is arguably my most frequently visited tourist destination, and I make time to stay there for a few days every year during holidays. I usually stay in Daluoshui, but this time I wanted a change, and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is right by the roadside, but you can see the lake right from the window. The hotel is quite new, with full voice-controlled smart features, and the bedding was very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The hotel has its own restaurant where you can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The lake is just a three- to five-minute walk from the hotel, offering beautiful sunsets in the evening and sunrises in the morning. There's a garden between the lake and the hotel area, perfect for a stroll after dinner. There's also a small pier, making it convenient to take a boat tour on the lake. I've heard it's even more beautiful in the summer when the seaweed flowers bloom, and I look forward to seeing them next time I stay."

The amenities are comprehensive and of high quality. The bedding was exceptionally clean, soft, and comfortable, making our stay very pleasant. The moment you open the window, you're greeted by the sparkling lake. Watching the sunset in the evening was absolutely stunning, and the private hot spring was incredibly relaxing.
The cleanliness was meticulous; even the corners were spotless, truly nothing to fault. The environment is serene and elegant, far from the hustle and bustle, making it perfect for unwinding. The service was also very thoughtful; the owner proactively helped us plan our itinerary, and all our requests were promptly attended to.
Our BBQ dinner was fantastic too! The ingredients were fresh, and enjoying meat and drinks by the lake with the breeze blowing created an amazing atmosphere. The facilities are comprehensive and high-quality, making our stay very comfortable. You absolutely must stay here when you visit Lugu Lake; it offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely be back next time! 🌅

GGuest UserThe room is beautiful, and stepping onto the balcony to see the stunning lake view was amazing! Today, I discovered that the mountain directly opposite the hotel is Mount Gemu, the Goddess Mountain!
The overall design of the room is excellent, and all items within the hotel are complimentary. Especially the toiletries, which are SANTL products. My husband absolutely loves their body lotion; it's fantastic for combating the dryness at high altitudes.
The hotel service is superb! Before we arrived, the driver who dropped us off said that 'Qieman' (likely a mispronunciation of the hotel name or a local nickname) is the top luxury hotel in Lugu Lake, and that for pickups and drop-offs, they'd send either a Maybach or a Tesla. I didn't quite grasp it then, but when we actually went out, I realized it was true! Whether it's transportation, dining, the travel photography provided by the hotel, or cultural programs, everything is wonderful! You can have a very fulfilling and pleasant stay without even leaving the hotel!
Finally, what left the deepest impression on me were the classic books placed in the hotel room. It truly caters to the spiritual well-being of travelers! Of the two books, I preferred *The Moon and Sixpence*. Rereading a classic like that brought fresh insights.
It's a pity our time was too short. I'll leave the next stop for exploration, and 'Man' (likely referring to the hotel or a person) says, let's go together, fellow enthusiasts!

FFaye. CThis place is super clean, beautiful, and the service is outstanding! As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, staff came out to greet us and helped with all our luggage (even our backpacks!!!). Since we arrived late, they specially held our afternoon tea set and brought it to our room. They also surprised us with a beautiful and delicious cake, probably because I mentioned we were on our honeymoon. On the first floor, there's a common area where you can watch movies, and someone was freshly grilling local milk fans, plus they serve really good butter tea. They even have unique cards made from Lugu Lake grass seeds that you can plant – very special! Breakfast was abundant. Overall, it was truly amazing. My only regret is that our itinerary made us check in late and check out early, so we didn't get to fully enjoy the scenery, which is a real shame.

The view is unblocked, and we had a nice walk by the lake. There is a cafe beside the hotel which served nice drinks and food. The view from the cafe was excellent, and we would highly recommend paying a visit there! The room had a nice, cozy feeling and a spacious balcony. There aren't many restaurants in this particular town, but the main town is about a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the hotel. However, the hotel is able to provide dinner! They have a several options to choose from like noodles and hotpot, and the prices are extremely affordable! The hotpot was really delicious as well, and the breakfast was scrumptious! In the morning, there will be dew above the waters of the lake, and the view is simply stunning. Overall, we had a really great experience here thanks to the helpful and friendly staff!

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the lake view felt like a perfectly framed photograph — calm, still, and right in front of you. It was lovely strolling down to the lake, and an easy 20–30 minute walk from the lake into Lugu town. E-scooters are available for rent, though walking was honestly just as enjoyable.
The hotel facilities were excellent, with so much thought put into the little details — bath bombs, snacks, eye masks — all spotless and well-maintained. The staff were warm and lovely, and they also make a really good cup of coffee.
Breakfast was a highlight: comforting mushroom soup noodles, healthy steamed buns, eggs, and other simple but delicious dishes. And to top it all off, there’s an adorable resident cat.
A peaceful, well-considered stay that felt both cosy and memorable.

Because it was the off-season, they even upgraded our room for free! I loved the room's cozy and stylish decor; a delight for detail-oriented people—a thoughtful package, smart home features, and Instagram-worthy decorations were all provided. The room features wooden furniture paired with modern smart amenities, creating a retro feel without sacrificing convenience. The bedding was soft and clean, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area; the overall comfort was comparable to a five-star hotel!
The receptionists were incredibly welcoming. They not only provided recommendations for nearby restaurants but also thoughtfully prepared fruit and drinking water. They even gave us a small gift when we left!
Since it was my first time staying in a guesthouse of this style, the most captivating feature was the hydrangea garden. Imagine taking an evening stroll along the lake, or relaxing in the garden at night, feeling the evening breeze. If you're also tired of the hustle and bustle of the city, I highly recommend this place!

There is not much introduction to the room. In addition to what they said, there are also hairbands, independent makeup removal wipes, etc., full of details! It was cloudy when I came, so I didn’t take pictures of the yard. The real picture is as shown~ The room service is also very considerate. Lugu Lake is quiet and beautiful, just like this hotel and the hostess of the hotel. A girl, enthusiastic and sincere. We thought that afternoon tea was just a cup of tea and a few biscuits. But they had 4 kinds of fruits, French fries and chicken nuggets, and the tea was also a local specialty flower tea. It was very attentive at first glance. There were also desserts in the evening. The rice noodles for her breakfast were much better than those in most restaurants. The hotel is clean, well-equipped, and the hot water in the bathtub is sufficient. It adds a lot of color to the trip to Lugu Lake. I look forward to going there again next time.

CClarissa TangWe had a comfortable stay here, breakfast was provided and beds were comfortable. You walk out and you are facing the Lugu lake too! A beautiful site.
Only thing was that towels provided were disposable, and some room lights needed fixing.
Hosts are really friendly and reply WeChat timely.
There isn’t an elevator on the facilities and you might initially think you arrive at the wrong place when you arrive by car.
You would need to walk through a backyard of a local house before you reach the accoms.
They do ask for feedback about your stay which I really appreciate. And they have explained some concepts after my feedback. I think this is a nice accoms to consider for your stay. They do adjust their amenities according to past feedback too. Family room was kind of fun!
