"This hotel is located within the ancient city walls, making it convenient for getting around while still being quiet despite the bustling surroundings. The room was clean and well-maintained. Although it wasn't quite cold enough for the underfloor heating to be on, the staff promptly provided a heater at our request, making the room perfectly warm and comfortable. The hotel's decor has an antique charm, with beautifully arranged ornaments and harmonious color schemes, showing a lot of care in its design. Even just walking around the hotel felt very pleasant. The service was excellent; despite the lack of an elevator, staff helped carry our luggage to our room. The hotel also offered a complimentary custom-made breakfast, which could be refilled as needed. The food was delicious, featuring porridge, pickles, vegetables, eggs, and multigrain options, providing a balanced and nutritious meal with plenty of fiber and protein. Overall, considering the ambiance, value for money, and service, this hotel is an excellent choice."

"This hotel, built in 2024, offers unique amenities. The exterior is modest, but the interior boasts a rich ethnic style. The lobby on the first floor, in particular, has a distinctive and cozy layout. The rooms are compact but well-equipped with electric blankets, underfloor heating, and oxygen machines.
**Cleanliness:** The hotel is clean, tidy, and free of odors.
**Location:** It's close to Chuanzhusi Temple, adjacent to Jiuzhaigou-Huanglong Airport, and offers mountain views from the windows. Huanglong is less than a 30-minute drive away, and there's a nearby PetroChina gas station, making it very convenient for road trippers.
**Service:** The front desk staff are enthusiastic and make you feel right at home.
**Overall:** This is a boutique hotel located in a high-altitude tourist area. "My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here! Despite the city noise from a nearby construction site, the hotel itself was wonderfully quiet and peaceful. It really exceeded our expectations and delivered on everything promised.
We stayed in a beautiful suite on the 2nd floor with a cosy balcony that gave us plenty of privacy. On arrival, we were welcomed with afternoon tea and small snacks, which set the tone right away. The suite was sparkling clean — something very important to me — and even had a massive TV, perfect for winding down with a movie at night. Thoughtful touches like oxygen supplementation by the bed and an electric blanket for chilly nights made our stay extra comfortable. Honestly, we didn’t feel like we were missing anything.
I personally loved the design of both the hotel and the room — it felt so warm and welcoming that I didn’t want to leave. The location couldn’t be better: right in the center of Songpan on a quieter street, just a few minutes’ walk to explore the whole town, grab coffee, or try local food.
The staff were incredible — extremely friendly, helpful, and responsive to our personal requests, even before our arrival. They really made us feel taken care of.
Breakfast is a traditional Chinese-style one, with steamed buns, stir-fried veggies, eggs, and rice porridge. If that’s not your thing, there are plenty of nearby spots for coffee and other options.
Overall, we left with the feeling that we had chosen the best hotel in town. I’ll definitely stay here again if we return to Songpan."

"The room was smart, clean, and comfortable. The owner picked us up and dropped us off. My family suffered from altitude sickness, and when we approached the owner in the middle of the night, he not only helped us buy oxygen tanks but also gave us some Huoxiang Zhengqi water (a traditional Chinese medicine for stomach ailments and heatstroke). In the morning, the owner even provided us with breakfast. The next day, when we were leaving Huanglong, we were pressed for time and couldn't easily find a taxi. We asked the owner again, and he found a car for us, ensuring we arrived at Songpan High-Speed Rail Station on time."

"The room was new and clean, but it was freezing! There's no AC, and supposedly there's floor heating, but the front desk said it's centrally controlled by the hotel, meaning guests can't adjust the temperature themselves. I stayed one night, and the floor was ice cold the whole time, with outside temperatures at -8 degrees Celsius. Luckily, there was an electric blanket on the bed, so I didn't freeze while sleeping. But being in the room and bathroom was so cold I had to huddle up. Paying to stay at a hotel and still being this cold is pretty rare!"

"I have to give this hotel's service a perfect score! I was a bit nervous about going out, but I felt warm and welcomed the moment I stepped in. The front desk lady had a wonderfully kind smile. Although the room wasn't huge, the attention to detail was exceptional. The biggest surprise was breakfast; while not extensive, every item was exquisite, and the freshly ground coffee was fantastic. They never bothered me excessively throughout my stay. Highly recommended!"

"This stay was absolutely fantastic! The receptionist was incredibly nice and efficient during check-in, patiently answering all my questions about nearby transportation and attractions. She even proactively upgraded me to a room with a better view – such thoughtful details! From check-in to check-out, the front desk's professionalism and efficiency, along with the convenient shuttle service, made the entire trip exceptionally pleasant. It was excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. I've already recommended it to my friends!"

"Stayed in too many hotels or homestays, the first time I wrote a review, Yuan Yinyungu Hongduo B&B is worthy of the name! The beautiful scenery is beautiful, the facilities are exquisite, the details are full, and the small surprises are constantly!
First, the toiletries used are actually the ”Jiang Li” series used in my home, this set is a few hundred! completely changed my own toiletries habits! The hotel I used to live in was either a fake brand or a cheap one. The hair was washed and dry, and the conditioner was even more dare not use it! Use it with peace of mind here! Not at home, I really want to take it away 😄
Second, the stylish Genting Cafe, the first time I saw the hand-sewn tent combination for yak hair, tasted coffee, the mountain in front of you, the cloud overhead, in this antique tent in a daze is to feel the mellow Tibetan culture.
Third, the restaurant, this is not like a restaurant given by accommodation, this is simply a dining culture created independently for travelers for food foragers, eat at ease, sit in the soft light, soothing music, and be alone.
Fourth, to Huanglong Station is really close, to Huanglong Jiuzhai to play, will be very intimate for you to explain!
If a sentence is summed up: sincerity should be the biggest feature of this homestay! 👍👍👍"

① Well-designed, with a great atmosphere from the lobby to the room.
② Convenient location, just a few steps from the ancient city gate.
③ Breakfast was provided. We left at 7:00 AM to pick mushrooms, and the B&B prepared a convenient takeout breakfast of eggs, milk, and steamed buns, which was quite good.
④ The entire house was smart, which was a great experience, and the toiletries were also very good.
⑤ The B&B also offers free pick-up and drop-off service. 👍 The owner and his family are very nice, and their recommendations for food and activities were all spotless. We didn't go to the scenic area, so we hired a car to go to the grasslands, and the owner found us a car that was excellent and affordable.
I'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

I was initially worried about the sudden bout of cold wave that made the temperatures drop to 4 degrees but the floor heating as well as electric blankets made the room extemely cosy. Do ask for the yak hotpot in advance! Generous portions and absolutely delightful home made flavours (non spicy). Close to the huang long jiu zhai station to take the buses up the mountains for jiu zhai gou or just under an hour didi ride to Huang Long or song pan. Do check this accommodation out for its original elaborate ******* decorations! Highly recommended!

DDaughterofEveLooking for a decently priced hotel and lovely service hotel close to Huanglong Station? This is it. Hotel is owned by a friendly family and they are very helpful. They cannot speak English but the daughter added me on WeChat to communicate about what I needed anything. She also guided me through the process of what to do to be able to watch English movies. The hotel is neat and clean, and facilities are decent. The bed is cozy and comfortable, with an electric blanket. I was invited for a hotpot dinner, though I wasn't able to go. I requested breakfast on the day I left and they were more than willing to accommodate me - the breakfast was delicious! Yummy noodles. The owner dropped me at the station in time. There are a few shops (supermarkets and restaurants) within walking distance from the hotel. There is a comfortable lounge area where free tea is available, and some snacks can be bought at reception. It has a nice view (especially if it's snowing). There's a river directly outside of the hotel that can be walked along. I also saw a park area. The hot water was a bit of problem, as it didn't warm up fast enough, then would suddenly go ice cold - so perhaps not great in winter. If this problem is fixed it would definitely be a good place to stay at to be closer to the station. Overall, the service and hospitality was great and I would definitely book this hotel again.

GGuest UserGreat place with a great owner. The hotel itself is very nice and it had everything needed, with a nice courtyard. The location is also perfect. The owner helped me plan a day trip where there were no tourists, and he also bought the bus ticket to go back to Chengdu for me, and even followed me to the bus stop. Great help.

EE.tiWhen booking a Family room with a window I couldn’t expect to have a window in the room overlooking an elevator hall, not a real street. Very noisy from early morning till late at night because of the elevator and people using it, smoking smell everywhere.
The location is convenient, a small shop in the near, a nice walking area by the river nearby. If you confirm while booking that your room has a normal window overlooking the street and you are ready to the noise and smoking smell this hotel can be an option for one night.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located at the entrance of Songpan Ancient City, with a large parking lot. I booked an executive twin room. When the front desk staff saw our family of three, they were afraid that the room was too small to accommodate us, so they took the initiative to upgrade to a larger viewing room. The air conditioning in the room was great. The bathroom was large, with four areas: toilet, restroom, bathtub and shower. Since we were shopping in the ancient city, we returned to the room almost at the check-out point. After informing the front desk, the front desk comforted us to pack our luggage slowly and processed a late check-out.

GGuest UserI was tired from climbing Jiuzhaigou, so I stayed there for two nights. The experience was very good. Mainly, the boss and his family are very nice and welcoming. The boss lady is super capable, she helped us a lot and even sent us to take the bus. The noodles and porridge she cooked were delicious🤤. It was also very happy to chat with the boss and his family. Hahaha, this is not available in other places. No matter what questions you ask about Songpan, you will get real and detailed answers. You are really a great family. I wish you a prosperous business and a happy life!

2. I bought her dinner on the first floor and it was very delicious.
3. It takes about 14 minutes to walk from the high-speed rail station. It is very close.
4. The room was clean and I was glad to see the mountains outside the window.

1. The windows are not double windows and they are not insulated well. We had to keep the heating on when the electricity came on.
3. There are many places under construction around the building, so the power supply is unstable. Please warm up your bed and charge your phone when the electricity comes in.
4. If you are a non-smoker, ask for a second-floor room when you check-in. The third-floor room has a sore throat due to the continuous smoke coming up from the second-floor cigarette.
5. There was a restaurant near the hotel that said ”Breakfast” and when I went there at 7:30 the door was locked. I looked around all around the hotel, but none of the restaurants were open. Prepare food such as snacks and fruits in advance for breakfast.
6. I think this is for Chinese people only. Foreign lodging registration is not automatic. Please visit the police station next to you at the high-speed rail station and take care of it yourself.

1. The map app confirms that buses run between the ancient fortress wall and the high-speed rail station, but when I asked the locals, they said they don't operate it. I paid 20 yuan for a taxi from the bus stop to my accommodation. I took a taxi from here three times, but no taxi was priced for mileage. You should bargain well.
2. There is a convenience store in the waiting room of the high-speed rail station that sells instant food, the air is warm, and you can charge your phone. If you have nowhere to go, you can spend time here. (We also had breakfast here and charged our phones for four hours.)
