"To be honest, I was very satisfied with this stay. The hotel is very close to Zhujiajian Wharf, and it takes less than 10 minutes to drive there. The parking lot is also very large, and there is a staircase in the parking lot that leads directly to the hotel. My parents and I went to Putuo Mountain to worship, and this room was very suitable for us. The bed was very big and slept very comfortably. The bathroom was a little small, but it didn't affect it at all. After all, I was really satisfied with this price!"

"Highly recommend this hotel! The location is superb, right opposite the ferry terminal, just a few minutes' walk away. It's incredibly convenient for taking the boat to Putuo Mountain, and there are plenty of dining and drinking options nearby. You can even spot the 'Little Potala Palace,' a popular photo spot, directly across from the hotel! The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the front desk service was also excellent. It's an excellent choice for family trips!"

"The room was very clean, and the environment was pleasant. The blackout curtains worked really well. The breakfast tasted good, and the lady serving breakfast was very nice. "I am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness."

"We booked this hotel last minute and were so pleasantly surprised! I was a bit worried since it's in the B2 area, thinking about ventilation, but once we got inside, there were absolutely no issues. The front desk mentioned that the room has a fresh air system, which I thought was great. What was really convenient is that we could park our car right outside our room, and it was just a short walk in – no need to climb any stairs. Breakfast the next day was also just a short stroll away, which we found very convenient. The two beds were huge, and the Tmall Genie in the room was super smart and responsive. Plus, the hairdryer was a Laifen – big thumbs up! 👍 The tatami area was perfect for eating and chatting with friends in the evening; it was incredibly handy. We didn't quite make use of the mahjong table since there were only two of us, haha, but next time I'll gather some friends and book this suite again. The facilities are new, and the stay was a fantastic experience. Definitely recommend it to everyone! 😀"

The manager at check-in was incredibly thoughtful and spontaneously upgraded us to a room with a private hot spring, which was a wonderful surprise that put everyone in a great mood. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Both the indoor and outdoor private hot springs were fantastic, with fast and ample water flow. Soaking in the warm water melted away all our fatigue; it was incredibly private, allowing our family to quietly enjoy some slow-paced relaxation. We were so comfortable we didn't want to get out! The afternoon tea desserts were our family's absolute favorite – visually appealing and delicious, sweet but not cloying, leaving us feeling completely satisfied. Even when we returned late, the hotel thoughtfully packed them up and delivered them to our room; the service was truly exceptional. Breakfast exceeded all expectations, with such a wide variety that we were spoiled for choice: Chinese and Western options, hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and drinks were all fresh and tasty. The coffee was rich and aromatic, and just one cup energized us for the whole day. Every corner of the hotel was well-designed, clean, and elegant. The staff were all gentle, polite, and paid great attention to detail. This hotel is perfect for both family trips and vacations. We had a comfortable stay, delicious food, and a wonderfully relaxing time. It's definitely a hotel in Zhoushan worth revisiting. I've already recommended it to my friends, and we'll choose it again next time we're in Zhoushan!"

"I originally booked a king room and had already checked in, but we decided last minute to switch to a twin room. A quick call to the front desk and they promptly changed it for us. The staff's attitude was excellent, and they were very efficient. This is our third time staying at this hotel. The location is great, the environment is lovely, it's quiet and comfortable, and the staff are all very friendly. As we were leaving, Mr. Sheng, the lobby manager, enthusiastically gave each of us a 'peace sachet'—the fragrance was delightful, and the meaning behind it was wonderful. Many thanks!"

The soundproofing in the rooms is fantastic; once you close the door, you're completely isolated from the outside hustle and bustle. The interior design style is perfectly to my taste, the furniture is neatly arranged, and the cleanliness is exceptionally thorough – not a speck of dust even in the corners. The view from the window is also lovely, with an expansive vista that really brightens your mood in the morning.
